I had my first car accident wrecking my Audi. I am extremely grateful to have the pleasure of working with Andrea and Gibbs Insurance. She is absolutely amazing. She walked me thru step by step how to deal with filing claim and dealing with insurance adjuster. I probably called her 20 times over the span of 2 weeks and she was always so patient and answered every question possible to bring peace of mind. I cannot tell you how much it relieved a stressful situation and how much she really cares about her customers. If you work with the big companies you are lucky if they remember your name! I would highly recommend working with Andrea and Gibbs. You will be grateful you did. There are some good people still around who know the value of customer service. Keep being you Andrea, you're the best! :)

If there was a rating higher than 5-stars, they would get it! Gibbs Insurance Associates goes above and beyond in the level of service and expertise they provide. Initially, they were very helpful with the amount and type of coverage we needed that instilled confidence that we were adequately protected. They take time to get to know you and your family and you're treated like a family member and not a policy number when you reach out with a question.

The true testament to their service is when you need them. Recently, I had a fender bender that required my car to be towed. From the scene of the accident, I reached out to Gibbs Insurance Associates to make them aware of the situation and confirm what needed to be done. Immediately, they put me in contact with a body shop where my car would go and helped to line up a tow truck and rental car. During the next few hours, they made sure everything went smoothly and that my car made it to the body shop and that I was in my rental and on my way. I never expected them to help me as much as they did and I surely didn't expect it to go as smoothly as it did. When you are protecting some of your most important assets, you want to work with a company that goes above and beyond with their service and expertise, Gibbs Insurance Associates are those people.

For years, I've been with Gibbs Insurance despite countless attempts by other companies to sell me what they say are better, cheaper, or more all-inclusive policies.
