Sorry guys I'm writing this review very late but really really good dealer in New Rochelle, NY. I was dealing with Mr Thomas. It was very good deal. All employees are very nice and helpful all sales rep and finance managers tring help you to get your dream car. When you will be leaving from dealership with you dream car with you. Also they have a lot certified used cars. One thing sure they are moving with your direction all possibilities for your pocket. How or what you can afford to purchase your dream car.

This dealership is honestly the best dealership I have ever been too and or worked with ! Such a wonderful place with a huge selection of cars ! Amazing employees all around ! If it wasn’t for Alan Cervantes I wouldn’t have received my dream car that ended up serving as our mobile home for various road trips and vacation for myself and my family. Countless memories were made in the car Alan sold me and those priceless memories will carry over for a lifetime. Walked in Friday 11/03 looking to trade my current vehicle (2nd vehicle purchased from here) and drove out with my 2024 CR-V Hybrid Sport-L today on 11/05. My sales rep Kevin R. and sales manager Sanjay E. realized I wasn't playing and was looking to make the deal right there and then as long as it made sense to me. They worked with me from start to finish and ensured I was happy and were 100% honest and upfront with me the entire process. I was never pressured in any way by them. I drove out 100% happy driving out of there feeling I got a very fair deal on my trade in and purchase, again this is my 3rd vehicle from them. Again, Kudos to Sanjay and especially Kevin for taking the time to listen to my questions and meeting my expectations. Also a big thumbs up to Pancee, the finance manager who helped finalize the purchase. She was thorough in explaining everything with the financing and again took the time to answer all my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend Honda of New Rochelle and human beings like Kevin, Sanjay and Pancee that make the sometimes dreadful experience of car buying an absolute pleasure and memorable experience.

If there would be 6 stars, i would give this place 6 stars. dealerships have a reputation of being stressful and difficult places that would only care about selling you a vehicle. But not this place i came here for a used vehicle that i had seen online and my experience was beyond great not only was my sales person john very attentive and helpful the management team went above and beyond to make sure that i was satisfied with my purchase and at no time did i feel pressured or obligated to buy anything. Their goal is to make the customer happy, and i will be the first to say they do a great job at it. Thank you, honda, of New Rochelle for making my buying experience as pleasant and accommodating as possible.

This Honda car dealership vehicle customer service was really nice. The representatives were very helpful and efficient. While we have bought multiple Honda vehicles in the past for the Bronx location, this was our first visit to the New Rochelle dealership, and we were thoroughly impressed. The location was well designed and constructed.

We bought our vehicle in for a seatbelt recall, and the repair was taken care of within a couple of hours. It was literally the same day we were able to pick up our vehicle. We liked that courtesy transportation back to our start location was available after we dropped off the Honda CR-V.

I had the pleasure of shopping for a car at this location. The agent, Idriss Jabri, was extremely helpful and hospitable with helping me decide on my car. He knew all the specifications and tricks of the Honda that I wanted. Was helpful during the test drive as well with showing me all the cool features of the car. Usually, buying a car takes more than half a day but I was out in a couple of hours. Would highly recommend this location to buy a car.

This was first my dealership experience, and it could not have gone any smoother. Aneuris Rodriguez (a rod) provided outstanding customer service for my girlfriend and I. He was straight forward and beyond helpful. I will definitely recommend!!

Gabe is the best! He was so knowledgeable and helpful. He made shopping for my first car a breeze. I told him everything I needed in a car and I got just that! I love my new HRV sport and I wouldn’t have done business anywhere else! The atmosphere is awesome, the staff seem to be a big happy family which is really heartwarming being that it is the holidays. I would recommend anyone buying their first car to go there and work with Gabe, he is the bomb! Both him and the financial manager Roberto went above and beyond to make sure I got my dream car.

I got my new CRV Hybrid Sports Touring from this Dealership just yesterday, July 25, 2023. I must say this dealership is completely different from most others. I had a trade-in that went well. Initially, I ordered a Limited trim and after 2-3 days I changed my mind to upgrade it to a Touring. I thought I was not going to get a good deal after the change but I was surprised that the new deal was even better. I didn't even need to go there, everything was settled over phone and email. Finally, the delivery day was so pleasing in all aspects. The paperwork, demonstration on the new vehicle, installing a bunch of additional accessories, everything was done professionally and unexpectedly fast. I must salute Sales Representative Mr. Miguel Mercedes for his beautiful service. Every time I talked to him I felt like I was talking to an old friend. Also, the courtesy and professionalism I enjoyed from Manager Ben Thomas is worth mentioning.
