Front Street Café

Our server Olivia was so, so sweet and the people there were working as a team, so we were very well taken care of. The champagne for the mimosas wasn’t quite chilled but that was a quick fix. After a night of partying at a huge wedding those big giant sausages were exactly what I wanted. Also they have an awesome rye bread! So dang good! Between multiple beers and bloody Mary’s and mimosa flights we did spend a pretty penny. Enjoyed every moment.

Come to Front Street Cafe people. Friday night, no wait, exceptional food, I mean exceptional. Did i mention the band? Live music, great band. We had the specials and a pasta dish that everyone at the table loved. The food was so good I forgot about taking pictures. I did manage to capture the desserts.

Here we are again for Cinco de Mayo 2023. Absolutely great food and service especially Kennedy the server.

10/4/2023: The pork chop was prepared perfectly. People we are not in the 1940s ask for your pork chop medium rare it is exquisite.

Great atmosphere down on the Ohio river in New Richmond for dinner! The food was top-notch as well as the service. The owner was friendly and even came to our table to help with an online coupon/discount. They had a band playing out back and had plenty of seating both outside and in. Will be back again for sure!

Consistently great! Even when packed during special events! The atmosphere is fun and friendly. Service is wonderful and staff are caring to customers and each other. We had the Pasta Lafayette, red snapper special, and lobster mac and cheese - all were flavorful, cooked just right! A musician played and sang songs from 60s & 70s well-received by the audience - some even got up to dance.

Came here to hear the Duncan duo’s and not only were they spectacular,the food and service was as well. I cannot say enough how comfortable and inviting this restaurant is, so amazing!!!!!!

Also the owner came around and spoke to customer's, you do not find that anywhere and that makes it even more welcoming!

Awesome great place to go and have a great evening.. you WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.

The entire menu looks good, and I'll be back to try more, but today I had the chicken bacon ranch wrap and it's delicious!
It's a cute little place with a great view of the river.
I highly recommend stopping in if you're ever in the area.

Our first time visiting, Friday and Saturday night they have live music. The food and drinks were great. Service was friendly and helpful. We even enjoyed the cake we took home. Highly recommend.

I was in the restaurant business for quite a few years exactly over 11 plus years I was there last night at the Front Street Cafe watching my best friend's band play I had food and drinks I had the salmon on top of the spinach with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing I will say it was one of the best meals I've had in quite a long time fresh delicious crispy salmon was right on the Mark I'm just saying the food was phenomenal ,my friends food was also phenomenal, it's one of the best experiences I've had for quite a while so if you want a phenomenal, dinner great atmosphere great service everybody was right on the mark best place you can eat best place you can go I'm just saying love you all

We moved to the area recently and Front Street Café has quickly become one of our favorite restaurants in town regardless of the time of day. Their daily specials are always worth trying and you cannot go wrong with any sandwich on the menu. The staff is pleasant and attentive, the kitchen delivers great food, and takes care of my allergy restriction (dairy). A spot we will no doubt continue to visit over the years.

Was not expecting a restaurant like this in New Richmond. A high-end restaurant at reasonable prices. We have been here three times, and every time the dishes are perfectly prepared and the servers are well trained and attentive. Nothing is second thought, even down to minor detailing of sliced garnishes and the selection of quality breads, when toasted are perfectly done. My 92 year old father-in-law who has spent most his life in the wine country of Napa Sonoma, California and is use to fine restaurants in that region, says this place reminds him of home.

Had a wonderful dinner by the fire! I got 3 meat lasagna with salad, he got meatloaf, mashed potatoes and asparagus. Raspberry cheesecake for dessert. The food was EXCELLENT. The service was prompt and friendly. The owner, Bob, stopped by our table, who was very nice! We will have to go back when it's warmer. . .& daylight so we can see the river.

First trip here. Lots of great menu options. We ordered spinach artichoke dip appetizer (delish!) and the chefs special of the day New York strip w/sauteed mushrooms. The staff was amazing! Nice river view and outdoor seating available.

Great experience at this quaint cafe! The menu is surprisingly eclectic, and my lunch choice (their signature Rueben sandwich) was fantastic.

Not to mention the owner Bob took time to stop by and make sure everything was going well. We had wonderful conversation with him and I can't wait to talk to him again!

What a beautiful , quite, comfortable place to enjoy brunch or dinner. The customer service is outstanding. The food is excellent and the scenic view is peaceful. We shall return to this perfect jewel. Thank You ❤

I had lunch at Front Street Cafe on June 6 and June 24. On both occasions, I was really impressed with the staff, all smiles and accommodating. The atmosphere inside and out is comfortable and relaxing. The women's restroom was impressive.
We had lunch on the patio with a view of the Ohio River.I had the chicken salad sandwich and sweet tea. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Obviously, it was a pleasurable experience, and I'm looking forward to going back for an evening dinner.
