My family ordered an appraisal from MRG upon a family members passing. We never received any correspondence-phone call, email, etc. so we went with a different appraiser locally. Well after the date it was needed, we received a handwritten, an incomplete appraisal and a bill for the full amount due. The gallery owner claimed to have called and emailed me but I never received any correspondence-except for the complete bill and partial appraisal. The gallery that did complete the work did so in a timely manner and at more than half the cost. I do not recommend this gallery due to the lack of communication, inadequate work product, and poor customer service.
