Josh is an awesome insurance agent! Whenever I visit his office, it feels more like I'm having a conversation with a relative or close friend. I have been one of Josh's customers for a very long time, and he has always been laid back with his conversation, but completely honest with me. He always looks out for his customers' best interests, while adhering to company policies. There was one time in which I had to file a claim, no fault of my own, and I was worried about the process that I had to go through in order to get reimbursed for my expenses. I immediately went to Josh's office, and he helped ease my mind by discussing the process with me. He even explained to me that I didn't have anything to worry about. I always go to Josh for insurance issues because he seems more like family, and he remembers me by face (facial recognition).

Josh has been very good to my wife and I. After our previous agent retired, we selected Josh as our new agent and are pleased to report that we appreciate his commitment to please, his courteous service and professional conduct and know how.

Josh is always helpful and he is always looking for ways to save me money and makes sure that i got the proper coverage to protect my investment

I have used Allstate Ins for all my Ins needs via Joshua Donner. Excellent company and top notch agent. Experienced an auto injury (not my fault) with vehicle totalled and medical issues. Top notch assistance all the way through the process.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Did not help me at all with my policy and absolutely no follow up from this office. If you are a busy person and need reliable customer service do not use this office.
