So many different washer sizes to pick from and this place is huge so you won’t have a waiting period. The dryers are also different sizes and have different time allowances. This business is extremely clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. Seating is comfortable including living room seating. Super nice place to wash and dry clean clothing.

We travel a lot and this is by far the best laundromat I’ve used. The facility is clean, the washers and dryers are top notch, and there is a kids area. I love that you can use your card to pay for your laundry cycles versus quarters. Also they change money for dollar coins rather than quarters. If you are in the area I would definitely recommend this place.

I had such a great experience! I dropped A LOT of laundry off at 4pm on a Saturday. It was ready 9pm that same night. I picked it up folded and packaged so professionally and smelling good. I was so overwhelmed with laundry and Queen City Laundry gave me peace of mind! Highly recommend.

Lots of brand new machines of various sizes from small to XXL, lots of clean tables for folding and stocked vending for food and supplies. Small lounge areas, too. This place is a winner.

We come to this location every week to do our laundry. The attendants are always keeping the place looking great and they're very friendly. We really don't want to go anywhere else to do our laundry. Everything's always nice and clean and inviting. Thanks for being the best!

The cleanest laundromat I’ve ever been in. The machines are top of the line and they wash and dry so well. I was in at the end of the night and the worker was so sweet and friendly. Wish I would have caught her name. Will definitely be back.

I despise having to go to a laundromat to do laundry. But Queen City Amelia makes having to leave home to do laundry a lot more bearable. It is sparkling clean and the employees are top notch! This will remain my "home base" for my laundering needs.

Spotless!

The attendant that is here, is not only friendly but doing an immaculate job at keeping the place clean. The whole facility is very clean, the machines are very clean, the bathrooms are spotless, everything feels very clean. There are plenty of machines of varying size and plenty of space so you're not bumping into others. There is a small area for kids to relax and play.
It almost makes doing laundry not that bad.
Now if only they had machines that would fold and put away the laundry for you.

Amazing staff, clean facility, they have plenty of seating areas, places to sit and charge your phone comfortably, and they even have a push quarter machine for the adults out there that like to gamble, as well a kids Zone for the for the families that have children. I have had an amazing experience so much is so that I have been here twice within a week and will continue to come.

Jennifer the laundry attendant on duty Oct, 2023, is amazing! She went above and beyond being helpful and letting me finish drying my clothes after hours, any other attendant has made me pull my laundry out and it’s understandable considering it’s closing time, that’s why I wanted her recognized for being kind, compassionate, and understanding! Very clean, helpfull employees tohelp you get started on these great machine. They even have one big enough to take up to 8 loads at one time.Every one will love them. I've made 2 trips there this month.

I have a king size down Matress Topper that was severely soiled and need cleaning. A large washer and dryer was needed to accommodate it for proper cleaning. Carrie was so very helpful!!! As I had not been here in many years, I was unsure which machine might meet my needs. Carrie was very helpful and patient with me to help ensure I had a positive experience! While I have a washer and dryer at home, in the future, when I need a large item like our matress topper cleaned again, I know where to bring it!! Thanks again Carrie!!!

Thank You for letting Us share Your Anniversary with You! It was a great time! We are enjoying one of the nice 55 inch flat screen TV's that You raffled off. It was My Husband's Birthday and He Won one of them. It is super nice and Thank You! Thank You for the Free Washers all day and the Donuts, Cookies, Pizza and Bottled Water. This is one of the best Laundromats around. The staff is great, the place is always clean and the washers and dryers are fabulous! Thank You for bringing Your establishment to Our area. We enjoy every time that We come there to do laundry.

Tons of washers and dryers. No wait at all. A/C is pumping, do even on a hot day it's super comfortable. Employees were super friendly and helpful! Also had a kid zone which kept my little ones busy so I could get all my laundry done. Would highly recommend.

This was my first trip to Queen City Laundry. I needed a large capacity washer to clean a very large comforter. I was VERY impressed with this place! It was SPOTLESS! There are several seating areas and a children's play area. There are MANY washers and dryers of varying sizes. They appear to be state of the art with all controls done on touch-screen. Payment is by credit card (very convenient) or dollar coins (available from a machine on the premises. ) All are very clean and in great working order. Thanks for such a great experience!

On a lark I thought I’d try this place. I only go to laundromats when my comforter needs washed. My washer is large capacity but the comforter always seems to knock it out of balance.
The place looks brand new. It’s been open a year. The floors are spotless. They have attendants who are super friendly and are constantly tidying up the place.
Machines accept card payments. Nice variety of machine sizes.

The most clean, spotless, user-friendly laundromat I have ever walked into. Children's area has toys and a TV, actual lounge chairs with usb ports. You don't even need quarters. Just bring your credit/ bank card !

Really huge washing machines.
Wholesome experience: A woman saw me and my husband struggling to get enough money to make a load and she gave us $20 to get 2 loads in the big washer and 2 drying cycles. I really appreciate her so much.
