Sandy's Beach Shack

I wanted a place where I could relax, have a meal and a few drinks while enjoying the atmosphere and weather of Huntington Beach. I sat on the patio and had an ocean view of the Volleyball Players and Surfers as they were ending the day. The music was perfect - definitely geared towards Gen X and keeping me seated and relaxing. The beer selection was impressive. I found my meal to be enough even though I only ordered a flatbread. The service provided was friendly, professional and attentive, while also being welcoming and detail-oriented. I would definitely return.

Amazing location! Right on the beach....service and food was great as well. Had an issue with the fish but the manager was all over it and really cared. We will be back!

Sandy's Beach Shack is the perfect place to stop when you're at the pier in Huntington Beach or after a stroll down Main Street. It's casual, yet trendy, with a fantastic drink menu, beachfront views, and a wonderful menu with specialties for every palate. The service is fast and friendly, and you can sit and enjoy people-watching, surfing, volleyball, the pier happenings, all from your table. I recommend sitting outside to really enjoy its location; during the cooler hours, the heat lamps make it very comfortable.

Beautiful restaurant with a stunning view! Amazing food and friendly service makes this a 5 star restaurant in our eyes. They also have some creative cocktails and extensive beer selection 👌

This was my first experience here, and it is one that I will never forget. The food was great and priced very well. The service was welcoming and the VIEW!! LET ME TELL YOU.... The sunset was amazing

This place is better than the place upstairs, Duke's, in my opinion; better drinks, better food and my bartender knew what he was doing! I'll be back and definitely sooner than later because I love me some good food and drinks that make me tipsy. Definitely recommend that Pelican Punch!

Great place to have lunch! Our meal was top shelf! Swordfish tacos, clam chowder and ahi sandwich.

Great place to have a snack and drink! It was windy and rainy today so we went just to chill out after a little walk from the pier. I would specifically highlight Jacob, the serve that gave us an exceptional experience! Thank you, will come back for the dessert 🍨

Great little beach side eats! Fast friendly service. From burgers to salads and even breakfast brunch and fish tacos. Decor is cool… Dogs welcome which is HUGE and a major plus!

I've been here about 15 times already and it's always a hit for me and my fam and friends. Good food, great service, and pretty beach vibes!

Went here with a large group and had no problem getting seated together. Drinks are yummy and food was hot. The steak tacos were great. Clean bathrooms.

Great spot for a casual lunch. Excellent location next to the HB pier.
Service was very friendly and prompt, the food was fresh and tasty - the Salmon dip has a very nice curry bite to it, but not hot, and the flatbread was done perfectly.
Only drawn back is the pigeons walking around and fighting over scraps, mostly from people who feed them 🤦‍♂ DON’T FEED them!!!

Our server Alexis was excellent. The food came out so fast and everything was fantastic. It was windy and they turned on a heater for us. Overall great

This is our go-to place every time we go to Huntington Beach. Right on the pier beautiful views from the patio food is excellent and customer service is also above and beyond. The drinks are really good too!

I've been going to Sandy's at least once a year and it's probably my favorite restaurant to go to. Very affordable valet parking makes it so easy to enjoy the restaurant and the beach. And the food and drinks at Sandy's are amazing, I loved the chicken piccata! And Jason is an awesome server.
