We love El Don- Amir is so friendly! Just a good guy and a good local business! They have an awesome selection of liquor snacks and beach items and is right on PCH and super easy to get to!! We wish we could give Amir 6 stars!! Highly recommend!!!

Best little shop for beach items and snacks on Huntington Beach! You know it’s gonna be a good day when you find smoking deals on everything from boogie boards to booze (it didn’t hurt that Amir chatted up all the kids and got them all excited for their beach day). This was the only place we found that didn’t mark everything up for tourists. We shopped around and this place was the best price for rentals, towels and toys which was great since we’re from out of town. All the rentals were great, like new quality and they even lets us drop the rental items off when we wanted to go to lunch and then grab them again when we wanted to go back to the beach.

We stopped at El Don’s everyday while in HB. Solid bourbon selection (OF Rye), good wine selection and everything you’d need for a beach day!!! Amir’s customer service and helpful tips were amazing. He’ll always be our first stop when we come back to HB. Thank you!!!!

Stopped by the shop on our visit to Huntington Beach. We were looking for a special Liqueur and wine. The shop did not carry the items however Amir called two stores and found the items for us. He provided wonderful customer service and went out of his way to help us. We will definitely stop by on our next visit to Huntington Beach.

El Don, 112 year old shop and they have all the hookups on everything you need for the beach. The man is very nice and gave us a good discount! Talk to Amir, he’s got the best shop around here

Amir was very nice! He gave us a free blanket because it was windy and we didn't end up using the boogie boards we rented. Really great customer service, awesome guy!

Wow!!!

My teenage son and I were trying to find a charger for his cell phone that was dying. Poor kid was surrounded by girls all weekend for his sisters cheer competition and his phone was his only escape. We were directed to this store for a charger because we were told “they have everything you could need”

We walked in and Amir was immediately helpful! I told him I was looking for a charger for my son’s iPhone. He said he carried chargers, but wanted us to try them first. He said he just wanted to make sure they would work. I was immediately in shock. You do not come across a lot of honest people anymore. He could have just sold me a charger and I would have left with it. Instead Amir let us try every charger and he felt so bad when NONE of them worked. You could tell he was so upset that he had also gotten duped by his distributor. He went on to to help us find a location where we could get a charger.

I will definitely only be using Amir’s shop for all my needs at Huntington Beach! He has everything you need to buy or rent on top of the fact that he is HONEST and does everything he can to make sure his customers are happy. What a great change of pace to have a business owner you can trust!

El Don liquor is a great shop and it's right by the shoreline. Everything was affordable and the clerk Amir was a great help with finding what we needed to have the best time on the beach. I can't believe this place is over 100 years old, it is a wonderful historical landmark.

We stopped for beach toys and Amir really helped us out. He was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be stopping back the next time we are in Huntington Beach!

Really helpful and friendly service from Amir. We were able to rent everything we needed to go to the beach and enjoy a proper vacation. They have been there for some 100 years and we could see why. We will be returning customers for sure

Behind the counter was super generous. There is multiple choices for snacks and beverages as well as toys for us and our dog. We also rented our all the things we needed for the beach.. the chairs, umbrella and a roll away cooler. Perfect location also it's right across the street from the peir and Huntington Beach. One stop shop!

Amir is a great person, he has a little liquor store that welcomes kids too. He has everything you need while you're down on Huntington Beach. Visit his store for the best prices!

From out of town and i was looking for a boogie board. Stopped in here looking for one, Amir helped me out he asked me if i was a student and gave me a great discount! They have a bunch of great stuff here with beach neccesities!

In 1984 I had just graduated High School and figured it was time to move out of the family house. El Don Bagstad had put Apt For Rent sign in the window of the liquor store so I grabbed the sign and put it on the counter. $350 mo. He worked In that liquor store every day. We had the greatest summers of all we could see across the beach at the pier from our apartment window the telephone booth and there is nothing like given the phone booth to call in having some pretty girl pick up the phone and say Hey come across the street party with us.

I had been looking everywhere for a replacement baja-hoodie before I had to fly back east. All of the surf shops and "label" stores had a few, trendy style ones, but not truly authentic baja hoodie that I was searching for. I wandered in to El Don Liquor and there they were! I love mine! It's soft and reminds me of my SoCal home. I wish I would have bought more than one!
The gentleman who helped me was very friendly and we had a few laughs. It was a relaxed place to grab some souvenirs and chat. I wonder if I can have a new hoodie shipped out?

There is another location right down on the PGA in Hunington Beach. Amir was very nice to us. Great selection of beers and items you might need for a day at the beach. You can even rent some lawn chairs. I definitely recommend stopping here.

EL Don Liquor is a great place to get all the beach supplies you forgot. They had everything that we needed and had great customer service to help us with everything we needed.
