Timme's Mill

I have been coming to the dells for 30 plus years and 2021 was my first time checking this place out. I was totally taken back by the history and the beauty of this place . I seen a lot of negative things about the graffiti but it’s beautiful. I seen many people fishing too great little spot to relax for sure

This is always a great place to go relax or have a picnic. Parking is limited so beware. You might have to park at the top and walk down. I’ve seen people fishing here and boating/kayaking above and below the dam. Pretty cool place.

Such a neat little corner of the world. Nice view of the dam. It also has this cool little graffiti spot that used to be one of the only three bars in the Dells area. It was called, The Hole in the Wall, and then the name changed to, The Grotto.

We love putting our kayaks in at Timme's Mill and kayaking Mirror lake it's one of our favorites!!

Neat and scenic little stop that's way to easy to not even realize it exists from the adjacent road.

Amazing and beautiful place to do some fishing or even relax. It's quite a sight to be seen at this place. It's kind of a hidden gem if you ask me. I actually had to do some search to find out where to park exactly but once you find it, you'll be glad because it's just simply beautiful! I'm glad I got to check this place out! I'll be back.

I kayak here often, good amount of shade and sun if you go above the dam. It gets pretty busy so prepare yourself for that. I wouldn't recommend bringing a trailer down the hill.

I've been bringing my family here for 40+ years. All the kids,big and small love this pitstop. Gives them a chance to wander around and investigate a little or fish. And what kid doesn't like a cave??

Gorgeous scenery, mostly clean, graffiti on cave walls but still amazing to look at, great fishing spot and relaxing for the whole family.

This place is a gorgeous little slice of heaven. Fishing, swimming and playing with my dog are some of the fun things I like to do here!

This place is just lovely. Nice and quiet, and a good place to sit back or fish. I recommend people to just sit here and listen to the sound of the waterfall and be one with nature.

Accidentally stumbled upon this hidden gem. Plan to return as it's a lovely spot to reflect and imagine life as it was at the turn of the century. Peaceful and beautiful.

A family tradition visit for the last 40 years. It's real hard not to get worked up at the beauty, memories, and lapsed change.
