Best place for a quick stop after work for groceries. Never a line to check out with a clerk, good selection, many products made in Ohio, a great beer selection, and an excellent ice cream selection.

Best place I've ever been to in my entire life. 10/10 would recommend. Didn't want to leave.

We stop in just to buy what I would call 'ethnic' beans. Cardinals in Sandusky used to sell them. My husband calls them hillbilly or southern beans - butter beans, field peas, crowder beans, black eyed peas, etc. His roots are Kentucky and Georgia and I know skads of people in our area who cook 'hillbilly food' like he does. I hope this store never stops selling them.

I love Schild's. Their prices might only sometimes be better than Walmart & other grocery stores, but the food is good & their beer selection is top notch. I found a beer there that's now my favorite. When they ran out, I asked about it & they started ordering it regularly just for me! They'll always have my business. They're super nice & friendly.

I shop here every two weeks for my mom, who is unable to do it herself anymore. The store is very clean, very well stocked and employees are so helpful and friendly. The gentlemen who bag the groceries ALWAYS offer to take the groceries to the car for me. I'm 66 and still able to do it on my own, but how refreshing to actually have a gentleman and, by the way, there was also a lady on one occasion, that offered to take them out for me. It is a little more expensive than where I shop, I go to a larger town, but I am so impressed by the smaller town courtesy you don't find elsewhere. In my book, it's well worth the extra.

Wonderful grocery store with a lovely deli & bakery. Their glazed croissants are to die for. They have nice hot food items & great prices and sales. They carry a great variety of food items, sometimes items you can’t find at big chains. They have a wonderful houseplant selection, too!

Bakery team is wonderful, orders are filled promptly and professionally. Very satisfied, everytime.

Great store and employees. Very friendly staff. Good selections of food. They make good chicken and I love their bread pudding when available.

These folks are awesome! Kudos to Bonnie! They did for me what I couldn't get a any of the local florist to do . . . make a special Valentine delivery to my husband at his work site on Valentine's Day! This was an out of the ordinary request (by phone, I am out of state) that they did perfectly and promptly! If I ever get to Norwalk, I will definitely patronize their store. Hat's off to Schild's IGA Marketplace and God bless them!

I love this place, it's always convenient and the folks are always nice. They have Sunday wine sales which is rare in our area. Needed them in a pinch for an impromptu Gathering of friends and was able to get the wine and beer needed for our group.

Friendly employees, nice neighborhood grocer. Great bakery and deli dept. Good selection of craft beers and wine. Oh and lets not forget the produce . Very fresh today

I've been going to Schild's IGA since I was a kid, and it's always been a great local market. If you are looking for good prepared foods, they have the best chicken fingers around - far better than any fast food place in the area. And the baked goods are always great, as well.

For a smaller three, they have what you need. I was a merchandiser here and loved seeing the employees interact with the customers. All very friendly, clean place with great sales. Better than Walmart. If they don't have it, the will get it for you

Great deli, hot food, qualty groceries good price on Sunoco fuel., Friendly service, family run store. This is a place I come to a lot. I can't believe I forgot the bakery. I tell myself that all their stuff is calorie free.

Took my nearly 90 year old Dad to get groceries for the first time since getting out of a nursing home. Schilds made it special. He had to look down every aisle. He asked every staff member we saw some sort if question. Everyone was friendly, helpful and even took us to where an item was. Cashier was pleasant and chatted with Dad. She was also patient and kind. As we left, Dad had a smile on his face and said I always liked Schilds. We forget the pleasure of doing daily things. But Schilds made this day special for one elderly man. Thank you!

It was GREAT! I was looking for Pop on sale, so I stopped by & WOW! Pepsi products were 4 for $ 12.00!! What a DEAL! I'm on a fixed income, and this REALLY helps me OUT!

I'm originally from Vermilion and my son had moved out to Norwalk about 3 months ago. And wanted to say that the employees were so friendly and the store so clean, That You Don't See in a lot of places. And they have so many different things to choose from. Like candles, gifts, everything you can think of. I wish there were more stores around like this.

Anyone who lives in Norwalk knows this is the BEST store for homemade deli foods , but if you're from out of town , you'll now have the same knowledge ,it may cost a little more than Wal-Mart's but it tastes 100 Xs better! And the service is supreme !!!

We like IGA, it's a very clean store and we get points for buying IGA named products, and pennies off their gas. We saved .36 cents off the regular cost with our rewards card!

I love the small town store. Always freindly people and fresh foods!!! No hassle of walking a big box store. Very convenient.
