Staff was ready to help at all turns. I didn't have to look for staff to help they were on it. I love that. My only complaint is that "I" didn't have enough time to stroll through the whole store. Bravo!

I went into Michael's, because I had an idea for a project I'm working on. After spending a couple of hours piecing together my thought process and vision of what I wanted, with the extreme help of an associate, I found everything I needed for my project and more. I was extremely satisfied with my experience, and I even signed up for their loyalty program, because I received A+ service. The employees I encountered were very nice, and one even assisted me in piecing together everything I needed and where to find it. Thank you. I've been back 3 times in less than a week already.

They have a lot of nice stuff. Bought some after Halloween decorations. Was not a member, though. When I got up to the cash register, I told her I wasn't a member. She said, do you want to be a member, and I said, yes. The merchandise would have been $42 and something, but I got it for $9 something because I was a member. Good deal!

I love going here, always find something worthwhile!

I'm incredibly late in writing this review; however I still have to write it. I came here with my sister talking to me through FaceTime and the employee Krystal was absolutely incredible. She helped us find the perfect floral arrangement for for Mother's Day. We had a special situation considering our circumstances and Krystal was very helpful in that regard. She helped us the find the perfect flowers and perfect candle and made us a completely custom arrangement. She went absolutely above and beyond in helping us get exactly what we wanted. I will always go here to get my floral arrangements done.
