Walmart Supercenter

I am extremely satisfied with the customer service at this location! We are from out of town but took a drive to purchase a new TV. Immediately, we were greeted and asked if we needed assistance. Dale in electronics was absolutely wonderful. Loaded a tv onto a pallet for us very quickly even though the loader was unavailable. He helped us get it into our truck! Please give this man a raise! He definitely deserves it!

I’m just visiting so I don’t really go to this location very often. I have to say I am absolutely impressed. This store is so clean, organized, and the employees were super helpful. It’s really nice to be walking down an aisle and have a Walmart employee say hello and smile. That never happens at the Walmart stores in the Cleveland area. It’s a simple thing to do, but it made me feel welcome! I wish I could put into words more, but part of me is just stunned at how this Walmart is. It’s just perfect!

Clean Walmart, significantly better than Mansfield.

I enjoy this location more than most by far the people of this store a very reasonable and there management seems to step up to be involved in the store

I wish have separated islands for vegan, gluten-free non GMO, etc.

Walmart has allot of good sales going on. This store was very well stock and clean.

Great Walmart. Compared to Sandusky, this is larger and has much more space between the aisles with generally more friendly staff and always feels clean. The prices can be slightly higher, but I believe that it is small enough to be negated.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Excellent customer service and took about a little over an hour.

They keep the store clean and well stocked. I had a positive experience with the gentlemen who worked on my tires in the auto repair section of the store. I also recently had a uncomfortable one with a woman who was helping me at the customer service desk. I think they over worked her that shift? Overall the employees try to be helpful. They a decent selection of produce and the bakery is lovely. It's one of the cleanest Walmart's I've been to.

Last few weeks have had difficulty connecting to your site. Shows "no internet" but have not had any difficulty at all with my other internet devices.
Finally was able to get my order in and as usual high quality service and prompt pickup.
My only problem is young man named Seth was the employee who brought my groceries out for my pickup. He was pleasant and thorough and an excellent example and what a Walmart employee should be. I wanted to tip him but he refused! He was polite about it but wanted him to have a couple extra bucks to buy a cold drink on this warm day but again he politely refused!
Walmart should allow their employees like him to accept tips of appreciation from satisfied customers. That's my only complaint. Thank you....will be utilizing your service again in the future.

It's a Walmart. The people working there are good folks.

A lot of times I go to Walmart for some specialty needs when making my good old comfort food! I don't care what anybody says every Walmart is different some employees agree some don't but I know for a fact they're all different they may be set up the same. But they definitely have different items

Very friendly and helpful at the pharmacy! The store is clean and easy to find the things you are looking for.

Mallory of Bakery in Downey is the bomb Diggity her and Joanne from apparel are great customer service workers highly recommend them! As well as Ashley and party and celebration Goods! And Jeryn managing the customer service desk!

Lots of veggie and vegan options in frozen foods.

You can find the right size of the box you need for your journey through life and may be able to make sure that you have a good time with your friends

This five star rating is only for the cashier Cynthia, she is such a throwback! She greets me, bags everything, and will put all my bags in my cart. It's so nice to see a worker hustle and still be polite. The other cashier's should take note. I also refuse self checkout whether I have 1 item or 100 item's. Cynthia is what America used to be!!!!!

They have everything. As well as my 2 single sons. Jobe and Jon Cox i love that walmart hires disabled.

Brought in a client to shop with their Walmart gift card that he regularly uses. We went threw self checkout when the card didn't work. We had to go stand in a long line again so a cashier could type in our rejected receipt. That happened the previous Monday. Both times we had to wait for another worker that showed them what to do. This is very inconvenient. My clients have stuff to do.. Please fix the gift cards.
