Everyone at Hanneman's Findlay location was wonderful. Drew made sure my Grandfathers final arrangements were executed as he wished and he was exceptionally accommodating during this process. His care and gentle demeanor was a relief and he made a sad and difficult time easier on myself and my family. Having used a different local funeral home when my grandmother passed just 2 months prior I can not express enough how Hanneman is a step above the rest in every respect. They did a wonderful job for both my father's and my husband's funerals. Their attention to detail and compassion was greatly appreciated during such an emotional time. I received so many comments from family and friends on what beautiful visitations and services were held. All of the extra touches made the best of the worst occasions of our lives.

Drew and the entire staff were wonderful when my mom passed. They think of everything you don't at a time like this! If I had any questions, they always got back to me right away. The visitation and service were very well organized. They have also checked on me several times since my mom's passing on May 3rd. They even messaged me today on my mom's birthday! I found Drew DeVore and the staff at Hanneman Funeral Home to be compassionate, kind and professional from start to finish during the recent loss of my husband. All of my feelings and emotions were heard and taken into consideration. Everything was explained to me in detail and I was not surprised by any hidden fees. It was a comfort to have everything done at one location from the visitation to the service and a wonderful catered dinner after. I was greeted at the door when I went to make arrangements for my brother. Drew was so helpful. He helped me decide what I wanted. Everything was very nice. I would recommend this funeral home. You won’t be disappointed.

Staff were so accommodating & available. I moved my mother's pre-paid cremation to Hanneman & I am so pleased that I did. The transfer was very easy & all arrangements were handled efficiently. And the best part - I was not given a huge bill of add-ons that I was given from another funeral business for my father 5 years ago (also pre-paid!) I have also pre-paid for my own cremation at Hanneman - knowing that my family will not get a large bill when I have already prepaid the expenses. I highly recommend Hanneman Funeral Home. I did not have to stress about anything. They handled everything.

Words are inadequate to describe the levels of professionalism, expertise and caring exhibited by Drew and all of the Hanneman of Findlay staff. From the most minute detail to the largest decisions, they are there to assist and guide every step of the way. They provide extra personalized touches that make a very difficult period of grief, a little bit easier to bear.
The building itself is beautiful and bright and provides a welcoming atmosphere. I have never gotten that "depressing funeral home vibe" when entering the building. There is a well equipped family area if you need to get away for a bit.
Don't hesitate to allow them to assist you in your time of need. You and your loved one will be treated with the utmost respect and compassion.

Drew is the best to deal with! He helped me with setting up arrangements for myself and made everything so easy! They recently buried a close friend to my Mom and helped her so much throughout the whole thing!! You guys make one of the most difficult times easier! Thank you for ALL you do!

My father past away unexpectedly on Oct 17th 2021 at his home. Hanneman Funeral Home was called that night to come out. When they arrived they treated us with kindness and really showed they cared for us as we were saddened, shaken and in disbelief. They presented themselves in a very caring manner as if it was their own loved one that had passed away....with kindness, gentleness and a caring heart. They made sure we were okay especially my mom. A month later Hanneman Funeral Home personally sends their prayers, words of kindness and reassurance of faith and strength for our family. This was the most difficult time of my life. With Drew’s patience and guidance I was able to do for my wife what I feel she would have been exceedingly happy with. All areas were covered and all the little extras that were done in her memory made myself and my family so very happy and at peace.

Have experienced the wonderful staff at Hanneman’s on several occasions. They are simply wonderful, gracious and caring. As a side note, they offer pet cremation too.

Drew and his staff made sure that all of our needs were met their prices are affordable there dedication to you during your loss of loved ones is incredible they call you and let you know each step of the way they give you as many details as possible they stay in touch with you by email and they even call days after everything is over to make sure that everybody is okay and that you are doing okay with the loss of your loved one I will be recommending these guys to everybody they were so genuine they were there for me every step of the way they let me take my time they worked with me with my mom's obituary I didn't know what to say they were very helpful it was almost like they truly could feel your pain

Losing your wife of 28 years when she was so young, really throws a wrench into your thought process. I will forever be in their Debt. The thought and reverence they displayed as they worked with me in my time of loss displayed the high professionalism of their field. I highly recommend these folks for your funeral plans. The care and thoughtful insight they displayed in the worst time of anyone’s life is a direct reflection upon the care and respect they hold for life in general.
