Good 👍 convenience store. Lots of great items and alcohol beverages. Buy gas ⛽. Friendly service.

My family and Room mates have lived in this area for a few yrs now n never had any issues. We drive alot and get gas a few times a week in cars from new to beaters. It's your average corner store and they are polite n helpful. I've never stood in line too long. One thing I like is you don't have the drama like Circle K. Lol

People only come here to complain. It’s a gas station with a little added bonus. The subs are actually quite good, I haven’t had the pizza but I’m willing to try. It’s a corner bodega what is there to complain about?

Sub Express, Pizza Primo, 4 gas pumps with unleaded, premium, and diesel, restrooms, snacks. Cold drinks.

It's a good store in all but I thank the workers should at least have a dress code like a shirt with there logo on it instead of there everyday close don't get me wrong the ppl are nice but they really need to dress like there at a job not at home Because there bosses dress more professional then they do they really need a shirt with there logo

They are very slow. Only one cashier at a time. They can't do lottery and when a line forms the boss just comes down and stairs....why is there no help!? Also I've seen the same people in there Everytime and they can't get the lottery machine! Horrible customer service.

Customer service is aweful.

Rude cashier, short day shift guy, made trashy remarks. Unprofessional to say the least.
The rest of the staff are super friendly, especially the older gentleman who works nights.

Hit a ticket in store and they told me 3 time's they don't have the money to pay me.they should sell tickets if they can't pay.

Bad gas. Daughters new SUV had to be towed after putting gas from this station in her car July 16th at 7 pm. Dealership stated any reputable station would cover the cost of flushing the engine to the tune of $500. Not this station. Had receipt, fuel sample and yet owner was rude and basically told my daughter too bad.

She works at Capps pizza in Austinburg. She is going to make very sure her fellow delivery staff as well as all her customers are aware of how incredibly rude and unprofessional the owner of this business is. In addition, she will use social media to get the warning out as well. DO NOT support this business! There are other stations around that area that stand behind their product. The Saybrook Corner Store is definitely not one of them!

I put in about $10.00 worth of gas in my 2021 rav4. friday the 16th, 2021. My car broke down Saturday afternoon next day. Toyota of mentor, says its bad gas. So, got ahold of the owner and said was wasn't his problem. Lol this place is a joke. Hope everyone see this and doesn't get screwed over like we did. I would give them a zero but i can't the app wouldn't let me.
