I had to put my sweet boy down yesterday and they were compassionate through the whole process. Very kind and supportive. They showed true care for my baby and to me, as I said good bye. Please be kind to everyone there. They have a hard job and still care.

I am giving 5 stars for the employees only. My Dog teddy has been a patient here for seven years, but the company in itself has had a huge turnover. The employees at the Warwick, RI are amazing! always strive to do their best with the lack of staff available. What I do not like is how expensive the wellness plan is, and what is included, should be more offered. Overall, we will continue to go here. What I do not like is how negative people are as far as the staff, they try their best.

Time and time again- the ENTIRE team is OUTSTANDING! They all work tirelessly to be kind, ethical, compassionate, caring, and understanding. Thank you for everything!

I am grateful for the way banfield does business. They truly are pet focused and make taking Ace to the Vet a lot less stressful. I have the wellness plan and it has saved me thousands I’m sure in medicine and procedures. Today alone I would have had a $500 bill and I walked out paying nothing out of pocket. I definitely recommend this to any pet owner! Ace is a little drowsy because of the anesthesia but he also is grateful.

After calling over 10 vets (ER and otherwise) to see my rabbit when her breathing became more rapid on Saturday morning, I called Banfield Warwick. Although they also told me like the others that they couldn't see exotic pets that day, the woman who answered didn't hang up immediately, and instead expressed empathy told me if I was really concerned and couldn't find anyone, to just show up at the ER even if they say they're at capacity. In hindsight, I hate I didn't think to do that initially-- like you would any ER, just show up if its an emergency-- but thanks to her advice I showed up at the emergency vet and they took her immediately. I am so heartbroken that unfortunately, my sweet bunny didn't make it that morning...in my grief, I can't stop thinking about what would have happened if I didn't call here, and how I will forever be grateful for the woman's kindness in helping me get my animal help when others didn't.

What makes PetSmart so good other people that work in there you can tell that they really love animals the staff there is very calming and made me feel reassured should be okay

Warwick location only- miracle workers- thorough enough and efficient when dealing with aggressive dogs that are stressed at the vet. They developed a game plan for my dog who is difficult and they actually care for her health. Another Banfield in the area kept purely putting us off even though we pay monthly for the health plan. They had been refusing to see her and never developed a plan with us on how to get her cared for. 5 stars for all the staff at Warwick Banfield for figuring out what to do. Job well done every time we have to go there. Thank you.

I have brought my pups here for almost 3 years now. Very professional and caring. I like that there isn't a lot of turnover. The staff remembers my pups and they remember them.
I always get a full report from the vet and options.
Drop off is convenient when I have to get them in around ny work schedule.

I absolutely love it here and recommend it to all my friends. The front office staff and doctors are all very friendly, caring, and clear. I always get a person when I call, and they can quickly pull up my dog's file, see past notes, and schedule me soon or even just consult with the vet if its a smaller issue. Even if I have tons of questions, they answer all of them with a positive attitude and recap with me to ensure I understand. They really care about your animals, they even say thank you on behalf of your pet when you make positive health decisions. This location can even do dental work, keeps tons of pharmacy goods in-house, and really couldn't be more convenient.

I chose to enroll in the wellness plan since I do not have pet insurance and it has saved me hundreds in just a few months. Not to mention the peace of mind it gives me that I never have to worry about having X amount of money if my girl needs medical attention. I called them recently to ask about their recommended flea/tick solutions, and I saved money on the products with my wellness plan, then they put it aside for easy pickup. Not to mention the fact that their practice is right within Petsmart, so I can make 2-in-1 trips for my pet needs.

I also downloaded the Banfield app, which means I can pull up my dog's records and notes at any time (saving paper and time--I never have to print out her rabies certificate when I go to the groomers I just show them on my phone). If you sign up for the wellness plan, you gain access to a vet chat feature where you can ask real vets questions 24/7/365. I used that when we had our first thunderstorm with our dog and I found out she REALLY didn't like them. The regular office was closed, so I hopped on chat and they gave me some advice to get us through the night.

We have only been with them for a short time 3 months they have taken excellent care of our puppy Willow. They answer all the questions we have and recommend the best stuff for her. Had her spay the other day and they were incredible. We will continue to be with them til our pup hits old age. Thank you so much to the staff.

I wish things were not so expensive. But that's the American way. Pay higher and higher prices. So, Banfield has to pay higher prices, and to survive they have no choice, but to charge higher prices. It's a vicious cycle. LOL. But, otherwise they are awesome. They took care of everything, that I asked for. And my cat, seems better already, even though it's only bin a few hours.

Update, March 3/2/2021. It's been a while since the last update. I had to euthanize my Little Kitty, his condition, worsened, because of the feline HIV. So, I had to contact Banfield because he passed away. I just received a condolence card, signed by the whole staff. That was very nice of them.

I loved Dr Jackson as well as the staff. She was very thorough with my dogs exam and was honest with me regarding possible treatments. It's not easy to trust someone regarding your pets health, but I do feel she is knowledgable beyond her years and truly loves what she does! That is why I will continue to go here and recommend her to anyone! 🐶 💗

The staff is really friendly and are always able to address any questions I may have about my puppy. Dr. Jackson is a great doctor and their wellness plan has been a really good deal. Will definitely continue to bring my puppy here!

Great Vet! I love their Wellness Plans. It saves so much money, no cost office visits, certain test and blood work included on some plans. A+

I love this vet and so does my dog. We went to other vets and they were not like this one. This place actually knows how to do there job, unlike the other vets. I will never go anywhere else ever.
