Downcity has superb customer service! The shop is operating under a new team, and they went out of their way to provide me with exceptional service and communication was top notch! The store seems closed but they are always there to help. Just walk in. My wife and I went there yesterday to get a hangbag from Coach. The experience was great!

Would give 0 stars if it was an option. Store was closed even though website said it was open, and, when I tried to call the number listed on their website, it said that it was unregistered.
