First of all I would rather go to the DENTIST than go to a dealership to buy a new car! Everyone I interacted with at the dealership was AMAZING!
Andy Luna my salesman was exceptional , I arrived to look at one specific vehicle which he prepped for a test drive, which after driving decided wasn't for me. He then gave me time to look around the lot at other vehicles. I then test drove another vehicle and ended leaving without purchasing that day.
I followed up to be sure the car I looked at was still available and went in to see Andy, they were able to evaluate my trade on the spot, hand me over to the finance department, where Jackie got me the best rate I have ever had on a car loan! I left with my New to Me car in just under 2 hours!
I have found my new dealership of choice and referral to others!!

Looked at some cars and SUVs

This dealership only cares about money and not about their customers. I had a deposit on a car that was supposed to last 24 hours through financing and since I was out of state, they decided to retract my deal and sell the car I had a deposit on to someone that had walked in since it benefited them to have money in their pocket immediately instead of waiting for my financing to go through. Do not use this dealership, they have terrible customer service skills and quite frankly are just money hungry.

Update. Once you have the car the service goes south. Service is terrible. Nav does not work, at the basic service appointment an ‘update’ was installed. It’s been over a month with no appointment scheduled to fix. The constant reset is blinding at night, even tried to leave the dash on comfort or media and no deal. During the last service the car was returned scratched seems someone with a belt managed to get the car pretty good, it was returned that way. One quick pic and the car went back the same day for a correction. Great it was mostly fixed (can still see it) but the time, aggravation and extra miles is no good.

Amazing! We recently worked with Noel and hands down it was the best car buying experience, ever. We are return customers, Alfa to Maserati. Highly recommend.
