Brad J. Turchetta, DDS

I was diagnosed a few years ago by another doctor that I had a class III underbite with two missing teeth and I had to get surgery; I refused to accept it. So I did my research for months and found Dr. Turchetta, whom worked on different types of cases on patients, but nothing similar to mines. I meet with him and he asked me what am I looking for. I said I want to have a beautiful smile something that I never had before because I lived with this insecurity my adolescent years. Dr. Turchetta asked me one simple question, “Are you looking to correct everything including mechanically or do you just care about the aesthetics?” I said both. He told me directly that I had to undergo double jaw surgery and also have braces for however x amount years it would take. In June 2020, I decided to take to the initiative and start the process of my new smile. Fast forward to October 2023, he said it’s time kid let’s schedule to get them off your next appointment. Something I would never regret, all the money I the world to get these results were well worth it. If you are still questioning by the end of this review if seeing Dr. Turchetta and his team are worth it, I promise you won’t regret anything! Also, one of his assistants my favorite person every time I would go to for my appointments, Ashley, you will her love!! Let’s just say she did magic with my wires every time (😂) and making sure this process would go smoothly.

Amazing place, the people at the front desk are amazing, they are extremely nice and they get you signed in right as you walk in and tell them your name then you carry on with your appointment. The other orthodontist workers were extremely nice as well, they know what they’re talking about and they help with your teeth. My teeth went from crooked and messed up but when I went there and got braces about 2 years later my teeth were great. Highly recommend Dr. Turchettas orthodontist.

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Turchetta! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and like I was in great hands. His staff was friendly, efficient, and knowledgable, and made me feel at ease the entire time. Dr. Turchetta has amazing bedside manner and really took the time to hear my concerns, goals, and make a plan for treatment. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Dr. Turchetta has the best bedside manner I've ever seen in a doctor. He will accommodate any of your needs or wants. He is paitent and excellent in what he does. I was with them for almost 2 years and I called them all the time for little issues here and there or even if I wanted to change my elastics, they did it. The staff is outstanding but I have to say Candy really stood out to me. They are truly lucky to have her!

It's really hard to find Drs these days that take time to get to know you, genuinely care for you throughout the process, and have a great staff. Dr. Turchetta and his team were great start to finish making this a seamless process and a practice I would absolutely recommend.

The staff is kind and cheerful and Dr. Brad makes an effort to connect with his patients. He did a great job, my teeth look great, and overall it was an easy and painless experience.

Did an excellent job with my son's braces and his staff was amazing.

I had high hopes for this place. My consultation was great and Dr. Turchetta was very kind and took the time to explain my plan. But, when I went to put my deposit down they were closed at 3:30. I work a full time job and even left early to make it before 5pm (when they say they close) to get this deposit to them. If you’re going to close early, please let your patients know ahead of time. I drove 45 minutes to drop off this check just for the door to be locked on a Friday at 3:30. I even tried calling the office and no answer. The lights were on, I could hear people but the door was locked. Not good respect of others time. 5 stars for Dr. Turchetta, but I think the staff could be a bit better about updating times/closings.
