I called Elyria Jewelers in a panic 5 days before my wedding as I had damaged my ring. They had it back to me 2 days before in better shape than I ever could’ve imagined. After, I took it back for a more permanent fix. They did an incredible job, and I can now wear it without worries.

They took the time and creativity to redesign my wedding ring and it was drop dead gorgeous. I couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome. Not to mention, we dropped it off right around the holidays and I was shocked at how quickly it came back.

I had the best experience at Elyria Jewelers and Repair! I was looking for an opal necklace. Bill showed me some beautiful opals he had just got in. I happened to choose his favorite one. He got to work with Matthew and came up with several design options for me to choose from. They kept me updated throughout the entire process of creating a custom piece. This is where I go when I need jewelry made or repaired! Bill is incredibly helpful and passionate about his business. I showed him a ring from WW1 that was passed down from by my family and he was as giddy and interested as I was. He even offered to a clear picture of it for me! I cannot say enough good things about this place. My husband went to Elyria Jewelers & Repair to get me a new wedding set for our anniversary. He had the diamond his dad had given his mom that he wanted to incorporate. With the help of the employees, especially Bill, they designed a beautiful set. Bill hunted high & low to find a diamond to match the one my husband had. I’m sure it wasn’t easy but he found one that matches perfectly & they look great framing the bigger diamond. The picture doesn’t do it Justice. I absolutely love these rings, & love that they are one of a kind. From start to finish, the experience was great & we will be going here for all our jewelry needs in the future. In fact, we ended up getting my husband a new ring as well. The Elyria Jewelry Repair shop has a really great selection of both men’s and women’s jewelry including the awesome necklaces I picked up that you can see below. They also helped me understand the in’s and out’s of men’s gold wedding bands. They can show you exactly what they will be like with all the precise specifications and order you a great 14k, 18k, or 22k band right on the spot. I’ll definitely be back to order it soon. Ahhhh! I hate this store, I spend all my money there, and I love it!!!! I love everything about the experience the products, the people, everything!

The employees here are so wonderful. They genuinely care about giving you a great experience and and are very knowledgeable. Bill, the owner, worked with my budget and designed me a beautiful wedding band. They are very timely and easy to get a hold of. Really appreciate superior customer service like this these days!

I LOVE this jeweler! They take the best care of their customers. I went in for a cleaning a year ago and I mentioned that my ring was missing a diamond. I was told it would take about 7 days for the diamond to be replaced. This made me uneasy as I did not want to be without my ring for that long. I went in for a cleaning today and was blown away when I was told my diamond would be replaced in an hour compared to 7 days! I will always go to Elyria Jewelers for my jewelry needs!!

I highly recommend EDJ Jewelers in Elyria, OH. The staff were pleasant and understanding. I thought I had wore down the prongs on my diamond wedding ring. Turned out to be a bent prong. My husband bought me beautiful diamond stud earrings for our 10 year wedding anniversary a few years ago.
I loved them so much I asked Bill to create a custom cross pendant to replace one my mom had lost years earlier.
He was able to recreate it beautifully based on some rough sketches and blurry pictures I had of it.

Bill and Matthew helped me to design a stunning custom new setting for my grandmothers wedding ring. It is incredible and I love it so much that we are designing earrings to match. All the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They have amazing one of a kind pieces at great prices.

I brought my wife’s vintage wedding and engagement rings here for cleaning, repairs and resizing. I was greeted by the Jeweler who was very friendly and looked them over immediately. He struck me as a craftsman who takes pride in his work and I pretty much knew the rings were in good hands after that. I was shown via microscope exactly what he planned to do and once I agreed to the work, the saleswoman that wrote up my order was very friendly and professional.

We picked up the rings today and they have honestly never looked so good. I will return to this business for any future jewelry repairs and will strongly consider them for future purchases.
