A&W Restaurant

Stopped here on my way to my sisters on our Thanksgiving vacation. It was 9pm and I was so thankful they were still open. They have a full service restaurant in side and it is like going back in time. Everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious. They still have the frosty mug for your root beer float. My boys enjoyed the jukebox. I would definitely recommend stopping here and enjoying a relaxing meal with your family. Make sure to buy yourself one of the root beer mugs they are very affordable.

I was driving thru and stopped by this A&W and I'm glad I did. I usually do drive thru but went inside this day. I was surprised to see you sit, and they come take your order or they have a take out order register. This is the first time I've seen this. The lady was nice and friendly and the food was great! I'll definitely be stopping by here again when I'm back thru. If you're passing by and looking for some good HOT FRESH food, don't pass by this A&W.

Love the A&W and have my whole life. My favorites are their amazing strawberry shake with ACTUAL strawberries in it! And a root beer freeze a blended root beer float so you don't have to chase the ice cream around. They have seasonal shakes that are all fantastic as well we just finished peppermint shake season with like actual candy cane in it. The french fries are great the onion rings are great and the cheese curds are delicious.

Great family restaurant! Our food was out in a timely manner, fresh and accurate to what we ordered. Atmosphere is great!

This A & W is a gem! It’s like stepping back in time with their cozy dine-in area and their working jukebox! The food was fresh and amazing. We enjoyed the chicken sliders meal and the cheese curds that were perfectly cooked- crispy on the outside and a burst of soft and gooey cheese on the inside! Additionally, they have clean bathrooms and an exceptionally clean dining room.

Only A&W that I visited that offers full service wait staff. So much better than the fast food versions. The food was very good, as was the Root Beer. Hannah was my waitress and did a great job.

A great meeting place to get a good lunch with friends. Atmosphere is welcoming.
Was busy but food delivered quickly and piping hot. Very good & tasty. Will come back for sure. The frosty root beers were refreshing!

Oh my goodness! I loved this place we were traveling and stopped here since we love A&W burgers. What we didn't expect was the 50's feel diner with tons of memorabilia and even a jukebox you could play classic old school songs on. The menus are at the table for you and you seat yourself then the waitress comes to your table for your order. It was a great atmosphere and brought my spouse and I tons of smiles and laughs. The food was fresh and came out about 5 minutes after we ordered. We ordered burgers,cheese curds, and onion rings. This location is a blast from the past and nothing like the one we have at home. There is plenty of parking and it's kid friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! If we are ever in the area again we will be back.

Hands down one of the best burger & shake places to go period. Not just A&W, but Culvers, In N Out, Sonic, you name it. This place embodies all American Food. This location is a must for my family to stop at when within 30 miles of location.

Jeff and his friendly crew maintain a great, classic 1950’s music-style atmosphere, with great ROOT BEER FLOATS (see pic) and real Ellsworth cheese curds. Always a fun experience. Thanks, Jeff!

Awesome food. I decided I would dine in. They social distance here. I wasn’t in a hurry. Well I had my own
Waitress and all the rootBEER i could drink.... I got 2 dogs with chili and onion and some fresh fries. I caved..... I got onion rings later on. Perfect meal. Perfect joint.

If u stop in Baldwin WI, do yourself a favor and stop here 4 food.

It's A&W so...

We walked in the door and literally stepped back in time. The look, feel and service takes you back to classic Americana. The shake and Root beer float was amazing. Our server Hannah was wonderful and our food was hot and delightful! We will come back again.

This place is GREAT!! It's how the A&W used to be when I was a kid. Frosty mugs for the root beer, classic Americana decor with Betty Boop, Elvis Presely, Classic Cars, I love Lucy and a 45 lp player lookalike that plays cds. Indoor and outdoor seating. The indoor seating actually had wait staff that took your order!! The food was even good. I'm not sure the last time I actually liked the food at an A&W. The one's in Michigan suck foodwise. The A&W franchise should look at how this one is ran. Seriously a totally different experience than the others. A better experience overall. I was just passing through town, but if I wasn't I'd be a regular here for sure. Very pleased.

Easy to access location with fun nostalgic interior, great 50s music, and homemade, fresh, daily food and root beer. This was the best A&W I've ever been to. The California double burgers were served on a special bun compared to other locations. The chicken tenders, chili, and cheese curds came out fast and piping hot. The fries get a special mention for being so delicious. They were skinny, crispy on the outside and soft, flavorful on the inside with just the right amount of salt. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Haven't been to an A&W in decades. Took the kids and it was a blast! Indoors has diner booths and a jukebox. Table service inside and out. Burgers and chicken strips and fries were really good. Root Beer Floats were fantastic. Would go again!

About to give up on having a good mushroom 🍄Swiss burger 🍔then came into a@w truly enjoyed the the burger. Onion rings good French fries 🍟hot and tasty.a excellent dinner.

We hot this vintage and cozy A&W. Ot was old school with a dinning room and wonderful decore. I haven't had a root beer float in so long. A good place to have found on a cross county teip.

This place needs more than 5/5 stars. Its an old fashioned sit down restaurant (which was odd because i have only ever seen it as a fast food joint). Service was quick and the food was hot. And it was cheap! Best of all worlds. They have a jukebox here and has the old 50's vibe that my family loves. Will definitely be back!!!

A&W in Baldwin, Wisconsin, oh man, the Root Beer freezes are so amazing. Honestly, it’s the best. They added two lines in the drive through which is nice.
Inside always gives you the nostalgic feel!
Employees are always kind and care.
I definitely recommend visiting this location for some tasty treats!!
