St John's Evangelical Lutheran

St. John's Lutheran Church of Findlay, Ohio is a small, welcoming community of believers faithfully sharing Christ's love with all. This community has weathered many transitions and understands first-hand the challenges of life, pulling together to support each other and the community. We are led by the Spirit to reach beyond our walls to serve others as we are able.

Pastor Doris Mars' faith, care and love are evident the moment you meet her. Her passionate messages offer hope and challenge us to live in faith, service and love as Christ instructed.

All are welcome to worship (Sundays at 9:30 am). The building is accessible, no steps and an accessible restroom. Face coverings and recommended distancing are observed. Holy communion is celebrated 1st and 3rd Sundays). Worship services are posted to the St. John's Facebook page.

Note: While the congregation recently (summer 2020) sold a portion of their large property which resulted in the razing of the only sanctuary portion of the building, they continue to be church in the remaing portion of the property. Many facility updates are planned.
