Nice store, people there are helpful and friendly. Clothes are affordable for people on a budget.

Lots of various selections of clothing, makeup, etc. Very few sales people to answer any questions you might have, but that seems that is the norm any more. Prices are high on certain items, but no more than expected for good quality clothing.

Now Macy's know they had so many deals and had me in there doing the most😳I spent way too much but it was fun though and I got so many deals. My feet, ankles, knees and legs was hurting so bad because I was in there so long. The manager had to get me a cart and have an employee roll my goodies out. Keep up the sales. Macy's is such a great store! Made a quick hassle-free return from an online purchase. Found clothes on sale for my grand daughters with additional savings and Macy's $. Rounded up my purchase to support charity. Love shopping here! A bit concerned stock is low but hope it improves 3rd quarter.

Mattress associates were quite helpful in finding the correct mattress and adjustable base that fit our needs and budget.

Went prom dress shopping with my daughters. Prices were very reasonable! Staff was very friendly and also allowed me to go back and look so I could approve the dress as appropriate.

I have always loved Macy's, but this past weekend it was totally amazing! The sales were unbelievable! I was able to purchase the tennis shoes that I desperately needed (lol), and birthday gifts for my parents at ridiculously low prices! The cashiers were wonderful. Very nice. I'm so glad that I chose to shop there!

I mostly go to Macy's for perfume. They have a great selection and they always seem to have deals going on. I bought Versace here last week at a nicely discounted price and it smells amazing. I guess they only had a few left and wanted them gone. I always come here for birthdays and holidays to buy perfume for my mom and family members!

Absolutely love Macy's ladies in cosmetics and fragrance and also in dresses, jewelry and shoes. Going upstairs there is also that same willingness to help. The store is clean and well maintained, and with that lovely department store look has the friendliness of a long ago neighborhood store that online shopping is missing.

..And now, for something completely different from Manhattan, where I live, I actually, well, discovered the abundance of Macy's almost 600 miles west of the flagship store. The biggest surprise was the level of service, and the quality of merchandise: yes, ubiquitous Chinese silk wanna-be items - to be expected - but also genuine cashmere, leather, wool, silk items, and so on.
Nobody was pressing me as 'people are waiting'. Well done. I shall be back.

I specifically went to Macy's for a pair of shoes. They didn't have my size, but the sales lady called other stores to try & get it for me. I ended up getting a different pair, but really appreciated her extra effort

Had a job interview at the last minute couldn't find anything to wear I found everything I needed her at a very low cost

Great place, has all the men's fragrances that I like and the staff does a great job of introducing you to new fragrances. in addition, they also don't mind giving out samples if they have them.
