This JCPENNEY store is a nice and modern one.

Best selection, Best prices, Casual wear, Dress suits you name it. They have one of the largest men's department than any other JCPennys I've been too!!

I just walked through this store to get to the main mall, but it was nice. It was clean. They do pictures and also eyewear, which I thought was neat. They also now have their own beauty store.

Great store located in Boardman, Ohio. Hope they don't close like is happening to many other Penney stores. Love their clothes!

Well they moved the online return again but it is nicer and more cashier's than before. Erik was efficient and funny.

Clean store and the employees were very helpful. Found some great sales going on when I visited.

I found a good selection for Christmas gifts, the sales were great, I also had a coupon. Charlotte, she was older, was great. She was the warmest cashier I had in awhile. People are usually in a race at the checkout, but I haven't seen customer service like that in years. Bit nostalgic. Takes me back to where people actually engaged with you, and actually took care of you. And I am only 41. Bravo Charlotte!

Nice to see, try on, and know what you're buying. Great deals in the Jewelry department and the JC line in their cosmetics department is up to par with the best.

Great place to go school clothes shopping. They need to bring back the photographers to take those cool 70s and 80s pictures.

If you have the time to look around you will be able to pretty much always find a deal. It usually is a good deal too. They also have a good selection of men's clothing. Including up to size 4xl. It might go higher, but I personally have not looked for a higher size. Would recommend.

Had the best experience checking out and picking up an online order pretty close to closing time tonight in your store. The older gentleman in the pick up area was so sweet and just pleasant to work with, he made us both smile while he was checking us out and even the woman in line behind us couldn’t help but smile as he was chatting with us. The clearance racks had really decent things on it. I love the prices, it was extremely hot in there today though definitely didn't have the ac on. But regardless of being sweaty the deals where too good to pass up. I love the clothes I bought.

I had a $15 off coupon & lucked out with all the final take clearance that had an extra 50% off the lowest price. I ended up finding four tops I love & are ridiculously comfortable & I paid less than $2 total! The gal that rang me out was kind & efficient. The store was very clean & well lit. The dressing room I picked was clean also. I love the styles & selection they have & the coupons of course! Hope this anchor store never leaves our mall!

Still a really nice store. Not super busy when I went but it sometimes is, I'm sure. Got good back to school deals for back to school. Better clothes and prices than going to other Big Box stores. Definitely worth going into the mall.
