The advisor I worked with in the service department, Bob, was exceptional. He made sure he communicated what the technician found with my vehicle, and was very polite and professional. I appreciate the way he communicated with me without beating around the bush about what was and wasn’t covered under my warranty. He made it a very easy appointment for me!

The process was simple and fast. I was approved that day. They worked with me to get the type of car I wanted. Since they didn't have one with the payment I was looking for but they found one at the lot in hermitage. They went and got it in the morning and I came back test drove and signed for my car that night. I would recommend them to anyone who needs helps getting a car.
