I’ve read a couple if the other reviews and must disagree. The desk staff is always kind and courteous. People need to understand this is an extremely inundated facility that caters to mostly lower income humans. Have some patience and understanding. We are all in this together. This place has been great to me and mine for years. Dr Stewart rocks!

I have been going here for about 3 or so years now along with a few family members. We absolutely love Mary!!!!!! If she ever leaves I am going right behind. So she needs to go somewhere that takes my insurance!!!! The front staff have actually come out to help me with my mom before because she couldn't walk. We were going to see them pretty much all the time because Mary was sending her all over. Recently with covid and the staff stretching thin I've had to make a couple last minute appointments for things I've seen some of the other Docs. Everyone is awesome! The front desk staff I believe is getting a bad rap from some because either they have now become a personal answering for each of us, or while on the phone instead of two people in line there is now five. I called a last week and it said press 3 for this....so I did and I still got the lady at the front trying to work probably holding her pee and being given the evil eye anD answering my questions. I also love Mary's nurse Chris!!!!!!!

Dr Harding was Great & her replacement Dr. Bailey is also great and very professional and knowledgeable. She is caring and patient to listen to what you have to say. I gave 4 star because I think the policy that you have to make a appointment just to talk to the Dr. To ask a question, that is ridiculous. Whos paying for this appointment when you go and ask 1 question. Does the department of health know about this. And insurance companies being charged for a office visit for that 1 question you can ask on the phone. My doctor said to me the other day if this new medication has any reactions call me and let me know. The staff does not allow you to talk to the Dr. They take a message and have a nurse call you back. Well I have a question personal for the Dr. Only not the nurse but I have to wait 2 weeks and have an appointment. It just gets me the Dr. Says to call her but they dont allow you to talk to her. And this is not the Dr. Rule because it happened when Dr. Harding was there also. Maybe I should contact the insurance company and see what they think of this.

Doctors are very helpful and friendly but the desk staff are very rude and not helpful at all. They make scheduling an appointment and getting information difficult. So besides the desk staff my experience there has been great.

The desk staff are rude and clueless but the doctors know what they're doing and are very nice, especially with children.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful, the doctors seem to have a miscommunication issue with their patients.

As of right now I'm not too thrilled, The appointments seem to be pushed out 2-3 months. I had made an appointment that was booked a month out only to have them call back and push it out another month. 🫠so wonderful..

Really annoyed. Great Doctors and nurses, but I'm sick as a dog and it's like 7 degrees out. I had a telehealth so I wouldn't have to leave. the " front desk" is now a call center, so when I added to be transferred over to make sure my insurance was correct, I was told by the " call center" that I need to come in and " if you get a bill you can take care of it then". FANTASTIC. So now I'm driving there in person with an ear infection during Covid....which is the OPPOSITE of what I wanted to do.

The doctor–patient relationship is central to the practice of healthcare and is essential for the delivery of high-quality health care in the diagnosis and treatment of disease. The doctor–patient relationship forms one of the foundations of contemporary medical ethics...ETHICS! <---

The Desk staff are ignorant and rude. The doctors and their assistants are very friendly, but the front desk is absolutely atrocious.

So they have a new system to check on via online through a link they send you. Mind you I was unaware that it was a link they sent you and I've been coming here for the past 6 weeks for fillings. Currently waiting in thier waiting room to be seen. I walk up to the counter per usual unaware there is a new system only to have the blonde older women sitting in the back of the receptionist area look at me and make a hand jester to her co workers computer about me waiting. Lady you're just a human and are in no position of power to discard a patient with the salary you're on. This place needs to hire people who enjoy working not a face to fill a space.

You have to schedule an appointment so someone can explain to you what they do there, before you can become a patient. So before you even become a patient their charging you for an appointment. I've never heard of anything like this. Why do you need to explain to someone what a doctor's office does? Why do they want to waste people's time like this?
