Go here all the time, great selection and great staff, but especially the guy with the big black and greyish beard. This man gives the best customer service and whenever I ask for a product he gives it to me but also suggest other options that are even better than what I thought I wanted. 10/10 definitely recommend

Nice shop. Wide variety of juices, priced reasonably compared to other brick and mortar retailers. A lot of the current popular products available, but mostly regulated devices, sub ohm tanks, and pod systems. Not much in the way of mechanical devices, but I assume that's what the demographic wants. Overall, a good place to shop and if you need help the staff is well qualified.

Only place I go to! I've been going here since not long after they opened. Everyone is always super friendly and knowledgeable! Their 'Down South's house juice is all I use!

They have a wide variety of vaping accessories, a decent selection of premium juices. They have a lot of house made juices that are pretty good. They also have a clearance section with many great deals. The employees go out of their way to help you out. The only drawback is the owner, she seems annoyed to help you. They have a punch reward card for juices but you have to spend 25 to get a punch which is annoying because all their premium juices are 21 with tax.

If your going to go vapor. Go here. Im so tired of chewing. I have snuffed for 5 yrs straight. I decided to switch to a safer alternative. I went in and explained my situation. The guy helping me took me to a case and pointed out some he would recommend. He was very helpful throughout the whole process. Very informative. Knew all about the products. Helped me pick out a tank, battery, and the liquid. Buying liquid here is a fun experience. You can try as many as you want before you buy. They have little plastic disposable sleeves for you to put your mouth on when hitting. I tried a few. Finally went with the leprechaun toots. Taste like bailys irsh cream. They were very friendly. I can see why this chain of Ohio stores have been successful. The experience was great. Very affordable products also. Prices are great.

I have been going here for about 7 months now and every time I'm in there I meet new people and have a great time they carry a lot of very good RDAS,tanks, and mods as well if you are on here looking for a great place to get information or just looking for a new way of life I recommend stoping in you won't regret it and for all the people who say this place sucks and is no good maybe you should go to alt smoke there a bunch of stuck up ass holes like you!!

I'm so glad we stopped here. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kelly was extremely helpful in telling me the benefits of CBD oil. They carry a nice supply of several brands also kratom, dog calming treats along with a wide variety of vape juices and units. We will definitely return! Thanks Kelly!

Great company with excellent customer service. Westside Vapor's e-juice was the only brand I could find that was tasty enough to actually replace cigarettes with and I've been using 18mg Normal flavor for a few years now, still very happy.

Niki went above and beyond for customer service. I ordered 12-10-20 and 4 days later there was no movement on tracking number( but the post office delivered all the Trump Ballots !! LOL) Today is 12-17-20 and I still dont have my order but Niki reshipped free of charge even through its the post office that SUCKS and not West Side Vapor !!
