I was searching for a sectional sofa for my living room. I am so picky and like to see/sit on a couch or chair before I buy. I am so happy I went to Frugal Furniture- the new location in Watwick (Gilmore’s previously). I had my measurements in mind and found the perfect sectional! And it was on sale! Purchase and delivery were superb! Thank you to everyone at the Warwick store especially Mr Russo who helped me. This sectional is the Ashley Signature “ Altari”. My family loves it too.

Joe, the salesperson who worked with us today, was awesome. He was very low pressure (a huge plus for me) while still being super helpful. Ordered a platform bed frame and two bedside tables, will be delivered and assembled in a week. Very impressed

Debbie was AMAZING! From the second we walked in we felt welcomed. They listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with our budget and time frame. They were so so nice to our 2 year old son and made his day special! Will be going back for any furniture needs for sure and would recommend to anyone!

Love Gilmore Furniture, great local business. We've bought many items there over the years. They sell quality products that last. We recently went in to find a replacement for our living room set that we bought at Gilmore in the mid-90's. Friendly no-pressure sales staff listened to what we wanted, and brought us to just what we were looking for. Delivery staff was great. It was a rainy day, and they thought to put down moving blankets outside on the porch to dry their feet on the way in. Very pleased with the buying experience, and the whole family loves the new furniture.

Excellent customer service! My elderly father came in looking for a couch to replace the old one. He was able to get same day delivery and took very good care of my dad. We really appreciate it and we will only use Gilmore in the future.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Steve and Gilmore Furniture. And I didn't know Steve from a hole in the wall until I bought furniture from the his store. My first purchase from him was a couch. We custom ordered a sectional and one of the pieces was too large to fit into our house (I guess I should have measured beforehand). We really thought we were going to be stuck having a really nice couch in the garage. However at no extra charge, Steve reordered the sectional and it was delivered to us for free when it came in (which was a while, but then again it was a custom piece). Since then we have bought 2 recliners, an entertainment center and a mattress. I ended up being unhappy with my mattress choice and Steve is letting me exchange it. So, as far as being an "easy" customer, I don't have a good track record. Despite this, Steve has been nothing but friendly and helpful. He remembers his customers, always has a smile and delivers the highest level of customer service. The prices are very reasonable (top of the line mattress is under $1500) and the delivery charges (if any) are less than half of the big stores. Another bonus is nearly everything in Gilmore Furniture made America, something I really support. Gilmore Furniture has a customer for life!

Gilmore's has Fantastic name brand furniture 👌. I've been buying furniture from Steve at Gilmore's for over 35yrs, he sells Top line quality furniture at great prices. Living room, dining room, bedroom sets, name Brand mattresses! At great prices 👍.if there's something you don't see Steve can order it. If you want a particular fabric, there's hundreds of swatch fabrics to look at, and order to your liking. If it's recliners your looking for he's got a large variety to choose from, in your choice of fabric! If you want personal attention? This is the place you must visit for all your furniture needs. No high pressure sale's browse the store at your leisure and take all your time. Steve will be there to answer any questions you may have. Did I mention Gilmore's free delivery and set-up. He also has financing. Tired of huge box furniture shopping? Then go where I've been going for many years! Gilmore's has way too many satisfied customers besides me and my family. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and extremely helpful. If there's something that he doesn't have on the floor, he can order it up pretty quickly. We've bought most of our furniture from here over the years, and is our first call if we need something new.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Steve and the staff at Gilmore. They are the reason people should go to local businesses over chain stores. My family had to work fast to get a lift recliner for my father as he was coming home from hospital. Steve called in a driver who left and even came himself to deliver the chair. I never leave reviews but had to for this wonderful man and customer geared business! Thank you and you now have a client for life!

Gilmore Furniture is a business that thrives on customer service. My husband and I ordered a beautiful breakfast set from Steve, but it unfortunately had a cosmetic defect from the manufacturer and had to be replaced. Steve did so immediately. It makes me sad because not many places operate like Gilmore anymore in that you are treated like family when you walk in the doors. Look no further when shopping for furniture, Gilmore is a top-notch store. Cannot wait to do business with Gilmore again.

I can't say enough about this furniture store, I will begin with the fact that I purchased my bedroom set from Steve 25 yrs ago and I was so pleased with it! Now I just moved into my apartment and bought more furniture from him and I will continue to buy from him, his staff, Debbie your awesome for putting up with me ,the delivery guys as well, lol! and last but not least Steve , you are the most kind, generous, understanding human being I have ever met I feel like family when I come into gilmore, because that's how they make you feel! I recently purchased a mattress and box spring from Steve, the owner. What a refreshing experience dealing with a furniture store like this. It was totally a whim to stop in and after this experience of working with Steve, Deb and the delivery people it’s the first place I will go for any furniture needs in the future. My mattress turned out to be too firm for me and Steve switched it out for another without charging a delivery charge. Great customer service and great prices. Love this store and will tell anyone I know looking for furniture to stop here first. They will not be disappointed!

Amazing service and accountability! They stand behind the products they sell and they really go above and beyond with their customer service. The owner of the company, Steve Russo, took time out of his busy schedule after work to come out to our 2nd floor apartment to personally assess whether the couch we wanted would fit up the staircase. Just amazing. Sales associate Deb treated us right from start to finish. Forget about the big advertised stores. They just could never measure up.
