Mizu Japanese Steakhouse & Sushi Bar

Our server, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, was so incredible to us and our baby girl on her birthday. She made her balloon art and brought out fried ice cream and was super kind throughout the visit. Thank you Mizu! Your staff is amazing.

I hope our server reads this, because baby Alison absolutely loved you. You helped make her birthday so special and we are so appreciative for your kindness.

Nice staff. Good sauces. Fast service. Very reasonably priced.
The house ramen was mild. It was good but a little odd (had bell peppers and a poached egg in it) the broth was nice but, again, on the mild side. They didn’t really try to set the ramen up pretty like most places do. They just kinda served it all stirred up. Great hibachi and excellent drinks.

Drove in on a whim since I was in the area and didn't want to drive too far. Looked very unassuming and wasn't expecting much outside of a typical Japanese atmosphere/experience. I was blown away. I had the chicken katsu bento box (had played a video game that mentioned this as a meal), and it was so good I even used the chopsticks to eat the whole thing. Yes, they do have conventional cutlery. But it was THAT GOOD. My daughter has food allergies and we explained it to the staff and they went as far as to ensure her food was made and served first before the rest of ours. No one's ever done that for us before. We'll definitely come back next time we're in the area.

What a Wonderful experience. The Chef was amazing, very interactive and the food was incredible. Large portions and very clean. My family thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I would definitely recommend this establishment.

Mizu is under new ownership and when I tell you the new owners are amazing! The hibachi chefs are the best I have ever experienced. The food was awesome ( and I liked it before but it’s way better) If you liked it before you will love it now! We will definitely be back soon!!! Great job!!!!!

We went there for a hibachi birthday celebration. The chef was awesome, we had a great time! I had the delicious scallop hibachi, The main portions were good sized. Highly recommended!!

The prices are so good for what you get the service is extremely friendly and the flavor profile of the food is exactly what you're craving when you think of hibachi

Their sushi is INCREDIBLE! Some of the best sushi I’ve had in Rhode Island. This was the second time I’ve been here. Highly recommend giving this place a try!

Always have a great experience here. The staff is genuinely polite, nice, and friendly. They are also fast and I've never had anything come incorrect or over/under cooked (when applicable). The sushi chefs on staff definattly know what they are doing here, and I also noticed this time around that the sushi specials change from time to time, as we don't eat out an awful lot it's nice to see new things to try on the menu when we do go out. Staff is also practicing safe behaviors for the pandemic even though most people seem to think it ended. Would recommend will continue to dine here.

The food is phenomenal and fresh. Missing the precovid hibachi show and ambiance (they removed the carpeting and is just now concrete) but the food is fast and great and the price is comparable to similar establishments.

Food and service is great when you eat there so I wanted to do take out(covid-nerves). I've done take out here several times and eaten food in the dining room. Staff is nice, food is good. The only rough time I had was when I did take out. I waited, but when food was ready but they didn't tell me so it took forever. When I brought the food home, it was good (we've returned several times since for take out and the wait wasn't long).

As always I love their food. Go out of my way to eat their food. Same quality food for years
