I like to sit at this park to think and get away because it is close to home. Has a nice playground for kids and a Basketball court for older kids and adults. There is also a field used for pee wee football. There are 2 port-a-jons to use there in the summer also.

Nice place.. my son had fun but the fact I had to pick up trash is un acceptable.. come on people we bring out kids here no reason to trash the place clean up after yourselves.. it is people that work hard for this place to exist.

So my bff Deb and I stopped at the Evangelical Church on Midlothian and bought ribs last Sunday which were phenomenal. We pulled into Ipe's Field to eat. There are picnic tables, a playground, etc. We also used the portable toilets (you know, the ones like big blue closets) which were clean and are serviced weekly according to the record they show.
Ipe's is a great place to go on nice days for lunch or just to walk or take your kids to play!!!

Went to fly model plane. Plenty of room. Grass not cut smooth, but it's late in the year.
