My Name is Ken Nutter and I'm a First time home Buyer. Roughly 2 years ago I started to have the itch to be a Homeowner and started to do the "leg work" of looking at properties, Needless to say I got absolutely no where. Fast forward to about a month ago when I was suggested to get with a realtor to help me take the next step. Enter Marissa Brubaker. Ladies and gentlemen I cannot stress how awesome she is. I'll be honest, when I found out that I was her first client I had a twinge of doubt like anyone would. She cast that doubt aside when we first met to look at properties. I have never met anyone with the drive and passion that she showed me. Not only did she listen to what I was looking for in a home, she also did the homework on properties that I thought I would like and suggested alternatives. The best part of all this? Shes patient.
