I was totally confused and lost on when, how do I apply for Medicaid and Medicare. I felt my age was gas approaching and I had not made the best decision in applying on time. Thank goodness, after speaking to Taylor Jackson, she calmly explained, I was okay, I hadn’t reached the age but advised me what to be prepared for and when my time approaches I can reach back out. She was so supportive and professional. I recommended this company for all things Medicare and Medicaid. Great 👍 job Ms Taylor and thank you for putting my worries to rest.

Alex Cauwenberghs, my Personal Agent, was extremely thorough, patient with my questions, so friendly and helpful....I could go on and on. I was very fortunate to get Alex for my guide and agent. I had a few personal family emergencies while working on choosing a policy and he kindly gave me his direct number to call him back once I was free again. He stayed late to complete my choice of plans and I am very grateful. Thank You so much, Alex!

I spoke to Daniel St Jean. He was helpful and knowledgable. Explain everything and answered all of my questions. He was great.

Kevin Chapman was very efficient in determining what I needed as I discussed my individual concerns with him. He explained my options and aided me in choosing with comparing my current policies. Your company which I have used on and off in my 83 years has a good reputation in my memory. So thankful I am able to make a new commitment 17 days before I reach 84. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ME. I saved $ 73.58 monthly on the 2 replaced policies.

The agent that I spoke with Korinne was very knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and informed me of things I wasn’t aware of regarding supplemental insurance. Korinne was awesome and gave me peace of mind with the decision to go with a supplemental rather than an advantage plan. Prior to speaking with her I felt like I was pushed into taking the advantage plan.

Aaron was VERY through in his explanation of the Plan G. First he took Information from me to determine which plan would serve me best. He shared several plans and I chose the one I wanted. He then explained the Plan and answered all questions I had. He was reassuring to my skepticism at working with a broker. I have received an acceptance and should receive my plan soon.

I had the best experience with USA Medicare Advisors. Raymond promptly answered my email. Since I live high on a mountain we had to communicate by texting. He was more than willing. He was so thorough and explained things so easily. He assisted me with finding the perfect Medicare Supplement plan for me. He even went the extra mile and set up my Part D after looking at my medication needs. Best time spent texting!! Talk to these people, don’t pick any plans uninformed. They are top notch!

I was on the phone with my agent for over 1 1/2 hours and never once became upset with her. She was will educated in the Plans to offer and helped me get the lowest plan for our circumstances. Most helpful on all fronts. I would recommend Ashley to my friends. Thank you for hiring a helpful person.

Antonio Rivera was very thorough and patient. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure I understood everything as well as going the extra mile to look things up on the Medicare site and sharing his screen with me. He was very pleasant to talk to and courteous when answering questions. I enjoyed the experience and will recommend him to others. He made sure I was comfortable with all decisions.

I was dreading going over all the issues related to changing my supplemental insurance, because it can be so difficult. However, I was lucky enough to speak with Corrine Demarest. She was so nice, answered my questions, & assisted me professionally & courteously . She even gave me contact information so I could call or text her if I had further questions.Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

As I approach 65 I have been inundated by all manner of communications from phone calls to mailings to web-based presentations and have learned a great deal. It took a special person, Danny Cardenas, to fill in the gaps in my knowledge and help me make an informed choice. I appreciate the fact he shared his computer screen with me. Very helpful! He is a natural teacher. Answered my questions and solved a problem with my new Aetna card. It had the wrong start date on it. I received a reassuring text from him within 15 minutes that I'd have the card with the correct start date before the end of this month. Bravo, USA Medicare Advisors! You need more Danny Cardenas(s)
