This is a great store. Jay was a wonderful salesman/manager. He listened to what we were looking for. He made helpful suggestions for taking care of the mattress.
You need to make Jay manager of the year and salesman.
I will recommend your store and Jay to anyone looking for a mattress.

Ryan helped me in my mattress selection. After he helped me in understanding my options, I shopped around to see if there were any difference in prices. Ultimately, after seeing that prices were relatively the same, I decided to go with Mattress Firm because of the customer service. Ryan was incredibly informative while not being pushy at all. Then, he was able to schedule my delivery two days from when I purchased it! Then today it actually showed up as scheduled unlike sleepnumber beds! The delivery went smoothly and the two people delivering it were very personable and professional. I’m incredibly happy with my experience at mattress firm and they will be my go to provider for future mattresses.

We went in with no idea what we wanted. All we knew was we needed a new mattress. Jay was very helpful and not pushy at all. He gave us suggestions but he didn't pressure us into buying a more expensive bed. He knew about how much we could spend and actually kept us about $400 under budget. Only thing I didn't like was we had to wait 8 days for our bed to be delivered but I guess it's not that bad. Overall a great experience with Mattress Firm.

My experience was great at Mattress Firm! Ryan at the Boardman OH location was amazing and very helpful. He pointed me in the direction of what I was looking for and in my price range. He did show me some other pricier mattresses that weren't incredibly out of my range. I tried a bunch in my price range and then I tried one a little pricier. He could see I was in love with the mattress and he informed me of how I could get it cheaper (I forget what he called it) and it made it more reasonable for me to get what I wanted and loved. We left and went to 2 other mattress stores and needless to say we ended up back at Mattress Firm and sealed the deal with Ryan. Just a few more days and our bee mattress will arrive! Can't wait for a better sleep! Thanks Ryan!
