I have been going to FFP for many years and have ALWAYS been treated with respect. The staff, along with doctors do all they can to make sure my health needs are met. I am so thankful for their continued healthcare throughout the years! Dr. Johnson is the best!

Everyone at the office on Western Ave is awesome. Doctor Johnson is great, I would recommend that everyone go there.

I've been going to Findlay Family Practice since 1991. No negative, experiences, thoughts or comments. In fact, my visits have been pleasant and for the most part better than average waiting time for a doctors office.

Well run office, short wait time, nice staff

I recently began seeing Dr. Karhoff. I've been in the office twice and both times was treated with respect and courtesy. Dr. Karhoff is efficient, knowledgeable and asks the right questions. There is plenty of parking and it is an easy location to get to without Findlay town traffic. I'm pleased.

I love the staff there and the doctor's this is Patrick McCoy wife. I have gone there since i was a child and now our children go as well. I don't like how sometimes they ask why you are calling but I'm sure it's to benefit you. Most likely to see if you need seen sooner or if anything else is going to be required for your visit. I won't go anywhere else I love them and trust them and they listen to us, they care.

I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff of this place. They are all wonderful people.

if i could give a zero star rating i absolutely would ! the managers yell at their receptionists when they confront them with issues that are causing burn out, stress & unhealthy work environments. very unprofessional setting.

I called at 12:25pm EST and was told they couldn’t help answer my questions because it wasn’t an urgent matter. I was told to call back between normal business hours of 8am-5pm if I wanted some assistance…. Very poor customer service

I've been going to this practice for 45 years and as of today is my last day because they do not take my medicare card very sad

They have an individual that works at this establishment April Snyder.. She is rude and quite unprofessional. Would not visit a place like this that hires individuals that cheat and lie other businesses..
