I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with Snyder's Auto Mart. Although we did not purchase a vehicle from them (the model we were looking at didn't meet our needs), I was very appreciative of their service & approach. For starters, their prices are very fair, and well below standard dealer prices. I didn't even feel the need to haggle, was happy to pay their asking price.

Most importantly, they were very honest, and accommodating. We felt very comfortable with them. Bryan answered every question thoroughly, and you get the feel from both Bryan & Jim(?) that they care about you being happy with your purchase, and are not just trying to make a sale, like the majority of car dealers.

Great car buying experience! First time I purchased and shipped a car online -- Brian was honest about the car and provided all the photos and documents in a timely manner. I would recommend Snyder's Auto Mart to anyone! Snyder's was also patient and flexible while shipping details were worked out.

I was visiting some friends in Ohio.
The weather was nasty, but I was out there. I happen to pass Snyder Auto Mart and saw a Chrysler Crossfire on the lot. I have been looking for one for quite a long time. I stopped in and met Brian and Jim, great people, down to earth people. Well to make a long story short. I live in South Georgia, I flew there from Georgia, I didn't know what to do, I am a senior and that's too far for me to drive. Brian says to me if you want it that bad, I'll drive it down to you, I thought he was kidding. He wasn't kidding, he drove it to my house in Georgia.
There's a man who went the extra 800 miles to make me happy.

My wife and I bought an a GMC Acadia. There were a few problems with it and Snyders has taken care of us, and in a timely manor as well. I would recommend Snyder's to buy a used car any day.

I was in need of a hubcap for my 85 Lincoln Town Car. Someone suggested Snyder's. The staff empathized with my dilemma and wasted not a moment going through their stash of one-off hubcaps. Unfortunately they didn't have one, but they offered up several suggestions for me to follow up on my quest.

Well cared for vehicles for a reasonable price. They do everything to stay within your budget and get you a dependable car.

Wasn't in during business hours and did not answer phone when I called. Trying to purchase an auto from him. Now I'm questioning this.

NEVER TRUST BRIAN Snyder!! He is a crook, and left me in scorching heat with a car that has no AC! He has endangered my health and well being. If you are thinking of buying a car from them DONT! Turn and run.

Brian Snyder has had my car on a lift in his shop for over a month. I purchased my car off his lot last November. At the beginning of june I gave my car to him to do a little work, he said it would be done within a couple weeks and assured me it would be done way before July. Its now July 1st and I have been trying to get ahold of Brian Snyder every day for the past 2 weeks, with no luck.

He has essentially stolen my car and ghosted me, I have left notes at his business and at his residence with still no contact from him. I know his business is going through changes, but it is absolutely unacceptable to ghost a client. I specifically gave him this deadline because I need my car for a work trip, I can't leave town with the replacement car he gave me at the beginning of June.

This replacement car is in no way safe to drive or comparable value to my car that is sitting on a lift. The replacement car has cost me hundreds out of my own pocket just to keep it running, there is no Air conditioning in 90+ degree weather, no Radio, holes in the floor board and in the muffler. The transmission is slipping and left me broken down on I75. I truly hope Brian gets ahold of me before I have to contact the police over this matter.y
