Extreme superior service. Was able to receive full information and estimated cost for a used laptop computer. Turn around time was very fast. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately, my computer was not repairable at a reasonable price but they put a fair amount of time into it, and only charged me a $35 check out charge. I am buying the same kind of computer, and will definitely consult with them on any setup/data transfer concerns I have. They are good people.

This company did an excellent job on my son's computer. My son needed a new screen. Other places wereally estimating between $500-$600. Others claimed the laptop could not be repaired. This company repaired the laptop for a little over $200 and it works fantastic .

Great customer service thanks..

Took my laptop in for diagnostics on why it would not power up. I performed basic but needed a professional to do a deeper one. They had my laptop 24hrs but did not go any gather then I did. Implied they did not have the tools to do a deep diagnostic. Suggested to me pay more money on parts when they did not test those parts on my laptop. If you need basic work then they are okay otherwise look elsewhere.
