Tracy worked relentlessly with us to print a sign for our father's 90th birthday. Our file wasn't coming over right, pictures were pixelated but she kept working with us patiently and the end product turned out phenomenal.

Evertime I go into this business I am greeted with a warm welcome, they can ship any an everything at a very reasonable price. I dealt with Ms.Tracy(The Owner) and I was treated with respect and as was my products I brought to be sent off. This business keeps my business alive an I am VERY SATISFIED as their customer. I had an outstanding experience at Send It Packin’! They did a delicate and thorough job of packing up a brand new Peloton bike and having it shipped from NE Ohio to Florida. It arrived in mint condition and I cannot thank the staff of Send It Packin’ enough for their care of my expensive bike that I gave to a close friend. Seth should be considered a valued associate at Send It Packin'. I was the third person in line on a recent visit and ALL of us needed more help than we realized when we walked in. I stood and listened as Seth patiently and kindly explained to each of us what was needed to get our packages on the way. When he saw me struggling with my package, he invited me to the other counter and began explaining to me how we could get the mailing label printed, never losing a beat with the other customer and never expressing any amount of exasperation. I left this business feeling good about humanity! Thank you!

I went here with a difficult shipment order and they really took their time to make sure it was done right! They don’t cut corners to just be done, they do quality work and are so amazing at their job. I highly recommend them and will continue to make the 45min drive because it is COMPLETELY WORTH IT to work with such great people who get things done the correct way. The staff is great and have really helped make stressful shipments much easier to handle because they make sure things get done properly. I HIGHLY recommend them, honestly I cannot say enough great things about them. I suppose you will have to go there for and see for yourself! :D

Used this place for a recent auction I had. Could not be more pleased with the woman I talked to and then the customer service when we went there. From jewelry to furniture, they got you covered! The beautiful cat they have is an extra bonus!

I typically ship my own stuff VIA usps, but I had an item I wanted to ship fed ex, and needed a specific size box so I came here to do it all at once. Seth was so helpful, they had the right size box I needed, and the process was so quick and simple. I will definitely come back, thanks guys!

Purchased a bulky, fragile item from an online auction and needed it shipped 500+ miles. Tracy at Send it Packin' was my third "pick up and ship" service I contacted after the first two were less than helpful. From initial response, quote, pickup, packing and shipping 500+ miles, the customer service and communication from her and her staff was awesome! Highly recommend...customer service at this high level is a rarity!

Customer service is excellent. They are very helpful and often go out of their way to assist. Much easier and faster than the post office, especially since since DeJoy became postmaster general.
