By far the best customer service I have ever received in my life. These people went out of their way to get me a phone they always treat me with dignity and respect like a guest in their home this group of young ladies are amazing just thought you should know that. I would definitely recommend them for any product and any service that they have to offer they are the best of the best.

Went today to get phone checked as it wouldn't update or download new apps. A very Pleasant and Helpful young lady named Brenda O helped me and took care of the problem. I have been a metro customer for many years and just yesterday, I had the best customer service ever. Nikki (emp id lavoie)not only helped with an upgrade which I have not done in years, but also helped me save 100 in a total sale compared to tmobile. I went in with my friend to get a new phone the other day and courntie was very helpful and made sure we got what we needed. For once we actually felt like we wernt pressured to buy but actually felt comfortable and that we spent the right amount and got a fair deal! Thanks girls!
