Met with Sarah to get a phone upgrade and to do an account review. She was amazing! She set up my phone, helped with persnickety app issues and made suggestions to get more for our money with our plan. Highly recommend!
She was also extremely patient!

Stopped in yesterday for an upgrade and was greeted immediately by Sarah. I let her know what was going on with my phone and what I was looking for. She walked me through my options, told me to come back in 40 minutes and id be all set up. Everything was perfect. Thank you Sarah

Help is out there! I was helped by David Moone at Verizon in Hoxie. He was extremely knowledgeable, considerate and patient. I needed to switch a phone that was purchased in another state. He was able to set up a work around when we ran into a few road blocks/problems. Thank you so much David for a pleasant, stress free experience

Ray was very professional and helpful in getting myself and daughter into 2 new phones. He knew exactly what he was doing to mirror our phones and took the time to explain all of our questions. The store closes at 7 ... he stayed til at least 7:30 to finish up setting the phones so we wouldn't have any issues. Super nice guy!! We were extremely happy with the service and his friendly attitude.

I needed to replace a lost phone in a short period of time. Although the phone I wanted was not in stock, Sarah dis find a suitable alternative and helped restore my phone service promptly. She also troubleshot an issue with the original Sim card. Given the challenging situation she was presented with, she came through with flying colors.
