Spotos Fish & Oyster

On our last day in Palm beach gardens we decided to have dinner at Spotos. And.. we were not disappointed. The service was great, we sat at the bar. The bartenders and manager were super friendly . The bartender had in depth knowledge of the dishes and the chef.
We got the whole snapper and soft shell crab.
This was the freshest fish we have had in a very long time. The chef took a Thai spin on both dishes with the Thai chili sauce on crispy fish and pineapple fried rice, pickled cucumbers. I love Thai and Indonesian dishes and this hit the spot. The fresh oysters tastes like the ocean !! Paired with the white Negroni. What a way to finish our stay in Palm beach gardens. Do try this place. !! Highly recommended.

Spoto’s Fish and Oyster's Sunday brunch was absolutely amazing! Since it's owned and operated by the same fantastic team from Blue Moon in Lauderdale, I had high expectations, as Blue Moon is one of my favorite spots. To my delight, Spoto's, being closer, exceeded those expectations. The tapas menu offered even more variety than Blue Moon, which was a pleasant surprise. Our server, Dominique, was the absolute best, providing exceptional service. The only thing missing was the waterfront views you get at Blue Moon, but everything else was fantastic. I can't wait to return!

We celebrated my mother's 90th birthday here at the buffet brunch. The small plates that are cooked-to-order were great, especially the seared scallop on risotto. I had three raw oysters and didn't get sick, so that's a win! The bread pudding dessert was fantastic. The kids went predictably nuts over the dessert area. Mom enjoyed the creme brulee, the salads, the lamb chop small plate, etc. One thing to note is that the restaurant interior is a little cramped and somewhat noisy (the noise of the customers they try to drown out with music). So the experience isn't as elegant and relaxed as brunch at a big hotel where there are higher ceilings and more space around everything. There are a lot of outdoor tables, but it was over 90 degrees outside in mid-May. We didn't drink any of the unlimited alcohol that is included, but still seemed like a reasonably good value, especially for the kids at $40 per person.

Birthday dinner at Spotos, every single dish was delicious from starter to dessert for both of us. Our server was very nice too. We went for a nice walk after at the PGA commons.Will definitely recommend.

Started with an insane artichoke, jumbo lump crab, kale dip. Moved to pad Thai lobster app, insane -and the whole snapper special was truly the best whole fish I’ve ever had! Ever- I’m a traveled person… and this fish won first place!!!

Our friends raved about the newly managed Spotos and couldn’t wait to take us there. We sat at a booth watching the kitchen work their magic. We were introduced to the very welcoming owners Bryce and Jaimie. Being the only vegetarian at the table, Bryce happily mentioned he would set me up with vegetarian plates. I was so excited because I usually just create something out of a few side dishes. Bryce sure set me up- the most thoughtful, delicious and unexpected vegetarian bites! I am so grateful Bryce and Chefs took the time and care to create these dishes for me. Our server, Javin, was so charming and on top of everything. Cocktails were great, but let’s get to the food! I have attached photos of a fried oyster, yellow beet with carmelized balsamic on burrata, a lightly fried califlour situation that was so flavorful- I must experience again(and I typically don’t like fried anything), scallop on top of creamy risotto, a veggie roll with “krab”, a California roll, Mahi on top of risotto, Bronzino, Blackened black grouper and a trio of deserts: bread pudding with vanilla pecan ice cream, chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, and coconut cream cake. 🐽
All I can say is, “Yes Chef”! Thank you so much to Bryce for his TLC! Thanks to the entire Staff, it was an outstanding evening all around. What a delight! Definitely go to Spotos, you will love it!

One of the best restaurants we have been to in years... the food was incredible! We tried several small dishes and each one had incredible flavor. Cassidy was a wonderful server and Bryce the owner was awesome. He took time to chat with us about the different dishes and made the whole dining experience excellent. We will be planning monthly date nights here moving forward.

I went to the Sunday brunch and it was fantastic!! Strong drinks. Amazing menu. Great service, thank you Sasha! You’re the best server. Was so chill and fun. My friends and I love the food and had a blast!

I love lunch here. We sat at the outdoor bar. Weather was great. I had a nice beer on tap, New England clam chowder was very good. But i love their cherrystones. They're so fresh and delicious, plus a beautiful presentation.

Decided to try Spotos again after a long abstinence. Learned that restaurant is under new ownership since February, 2023. All I can say is WOW! It is phenomenal! Bryce and his team are creative geniuses! Our meal was amazing. Best experience in a long time. You won’t be disappointed!

Great place for excellent food and attentive service. Free parking and right off of the main road. The outdoor seating is far enough from the road that it is not too loud. Indoors can get a bit chilly.

Steak, fish, seafood - everything we have had so far has been really good. We even shared the seafood tower with oysters, clams, lobster, crabs, shrimp and amazing sauces to go with it, all chilled on ice, three layers high. It was more than enough for our group of 7 people.

The brunch experience at Spotos exceeded our expectations. Unlimited rawbar,carving station,desserts,charcuterie, and breakfast items, but the highlight was the small plate delicacies from the kitchen. Outstanding service from Griffin.

I love the new changes and the food menu is awesome! We had a little bit of everything and all cooked to perfection. I loved the burnt salmon and fried oyster. My friend was excited about the wine menu and I enjoyed an espresso martini. Our bartender was very attentive as we sat and enjoyed conversation. The manager Anthony, was personable and present on the floor engaging guests while the chef managed the line and ran food himself. What a great evening! We will be back!!

This is absolutely the very best brunch spot in Palm Beach County. The food at the buffet is amazing. They have small plates to order as part of the so you can get hot fresh food. (And the small plate selection is huge!) And it is bottomless mimosas, bellinis or one other drink I can't recall off hand. Our waiter was outstanding, we never had an empty glass and he was Johnny on the spot with taking small plate orders. If you are looking for a fantastic brunch spot, THIS IS IT!!!!!

Had a great time! Went for our anniversary dinner and couldn’t be more pleased. The service was phenomenal and the food was delicious. Will definitely be back for the brunch.

Wow, what an amazing place. We started the night by stopping by at Bimini Twist, well after sitting by a bar table the hostess moved us to.the table right by the bathroom 🤨. Yeah that definitely didn't fly with my wife. Even though we live in Wellington we needed to go to Palm Beach Gardens for a specialty store that wifey loves. Sister in law who lives in the Gardens area highly recommended Spoto's. And wow was she right. First off we were greeted very warmly by multiple hostess. Then the server was amazing, knowledge and knew her specials and menu well. Not to mention she refilled my soda cup often 🙂. Then we met 2 of the owners and both greeted us with a round of wine and champagne. As for the oysters and main course? 5 🌟 all the way, everything was fresh and delicious. Finally what a beautiful restaurant, the decor and atmosphere was perfect. They have both inside and outside seating. It's safe to say we will be back often.

We went to Spoto's yesterday for Sunday brunch. It was the best experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. I really love the way this brunch works. You get a list of foods you can order and they prepare them fresh. Other foods are self serve like most brunches. Everything was delicious! To top it off mimosa, bellini and bloody Mary's are included and our glasses were never empty. The best part of our experience was the new owner Bryce. He was so very friendly and as we were at a table right next to the kitchen (he is a working owner) he sent tastes to us and was very attentive. Our waiter Todd added to our experience and seemed like he really enjoyed his job. I was so amazed how organized the kitchen was, it ran so smoothly. The owner Bryce oversaw everything, and made us feel like family. I was expecting yelling from the kitchen but it ran so smooth, my impression was everyone was well trained and very experienced! Although the restaurant was full Todd made us feel like we were the only ones he was taking care of. I asked him about desserts and he said, "let's go take a tour." He gave us his impression of each dessert and which was his favs. By the way, the desserts we tried were fabulous We will definitely be back. I can't think of one thing to complain about.

Very popular restaurant. Very nice service. Ordered oyster sample, awesome, super fresh, and then added half dozen blue point oyster. The seafood pasta was great, especially the shells/shrimps’ sizes were large, cooked very juicy. Lobster roll is full of stuff, though I think the bread was not that soft and a bit dry for me. Anyway, all the seafood is great, and they offered lemon and warm towels after meals, that’s great.
The four mushroom soup on Easter special menu was great too, not the fast food style, freshly cooked as you can taste.
Will come back and recommend to friends.
