They’re amazing!! There animals are all from Breeder’s and this is NOT a puppy mill like others say, it’s very clean they stay on task with the dogs and other pets and keep it clean and they don’t lie about breeds and are the whole deal and same prices sometimes sales but still the good prices for the breeds you’d want definitely a lot better than I expected and the service is nice. And they do not claim a mix breed as a pure bred and most of the mixed breeds are designer dogs that are popular so I won’t have a “mutt” again they’re from breeders and DO NOT mess with non breeders that are not registered breeders. I wish I could’ve took this girl but I couldn’t but I came in yesterday just to check out to see what it was like and like I said it’s much better than what the stars say that you see in much better than a lot of the things you hear about this place. But you should definitely go pick up this girl and get her. She’s 2600 and she is very great but she has a brother there with her that she absolutely loves and make sure if you do get her that you know everything about German Shepherd, that you need to know 😊

i used to have mixed opinions about this place, but overall i’ve had wonderful experience. i’ve gotten two dogs from this place, an english bulldog when i was a kid and i got myself a heeler early this year. he’s happy and healthy and striving. he’s a great puppy growing into a nice young man. the prices aren’t absolutely absurd and the employees are great. can’t remember the name of the guy who helped me but he stayed almost an hour after close making sure i got everything figured out for my pup. i love this place and i’m sad i moved out of state, otherwise i’d return the rest of my life.

We got 2 dogs here and I highly recommend. We stopped by the other day and was debating whether to get a 3rd dog. These 3 were there and need a home. Who can give these 3 a fantastic home?

The employees here are always so kind and allow me to hold the bunnies! I come sometimes just to see all of the cuties. There's a variety of puppies who seem happy and are getting adopted every day, and lots of small animals too. When I visited, there were 4 different bunny pens, 3 different guinea pig pens, hamster cages, mouse cages, I think gerbils, a few ferrets, 2 chinchillas, and some birds! And that's just the front of the store. There's usually some cats as well in the pens by the pups, and there's a smaller variety of reptiles, amphibians, and marine life.

The facility is clean and organized, at worst just a little stinky but that's expected when working with animals.

I love visiting and look forward to my next visit!

My boyfriend and I purchased a beautiful Shetland sheepdog in April of 2020. When I say I was apprehensive as hell due to all of the negative reviews on their Facebook page and on here I was but I’ve never been so in love. My Sheltie is so sweet, smart and fun!!! he’s great with kids, people and other dogs. My boyfriend thinks he’s a little too sweet lol but he’s absolutely perfect to me. I’m so happy we made the decision to make him apart of our family. Thank you so much 😍! One negative side though. I think they need to hire nicer people in that store! We walked and and we wanted to see the dogs and they kept asking us in a mean way if we were thinking about buying a dog. Like I get it that people try to steal the pets and it can get annoying bringing them out and putting them back but let the people love on the animals lol it’s not that deep. And the lady who checked us out was just not a people person AT ALL and i notice nobody really cares for her😂. Idk maybe she’s just a pet person.

We bought our Border Collie from here two days ago. Good experience overall. Not sure where anyone gets the information that these puppies are from puppy mills? It seems like an old rumor that everyone just keeps repeating. But either way it’s not the puppies fault where they came from. They deserve good homes regardless. Prices seem the same as what I’ve seen anywhere else and I liked the convenience of Just going in and taking our pup home. We love our Luna. 💕

Just got a havanese puppy from thier and he is awesome..happy, healthy and loved..the employees were caring and knowledgeable.. glad we got our puppy from there..thank you guys..

I’ve been reading all these awful comments from people, but they are from years ago! I take my “kids” there for a nail trim, and they are super nice! They take care of the dogs nicely!

Last time I was there they had 2 Corgis (my fave) so today I stopped in to hold the one that was left. I’m almost 100% certain they do not deal in puppy mills anymore. They were bought by another company and they buy from local breeders.

Bought our Corgi from here. He’s healthy and thriving. Thank you for our new family member!

In the last year my boyfriend and I have purchased two puppies from this store, both smaller breeds. Both were healthy, happy puppies since day one and got clean bills of health from our vet. They are best friends now and are excellent dogs!! We got some heat from family members, friends, etc. about purchasing a puppy from here because they were “from puppy mills” or “we could have adopted” or “they’re so overpriced.” However, many of our closer family members are allergic to most dogs so adopting from a shelter was almost impossible to get a breed that would work for us. The puppy mill rumor is not true, we were provided with information about the breeders of both puppies before we paid for them!! I researched prices from other breeders of the breeds we purchased and the prices were pretty much the same!
When we get the chance we love to go and play with the puppies and we always have great experiences with employees. We have never been refused when asked to get a puppy out to play like a lot of other reviewers state! The puppies always seem happy in their cages and out of them and I inevitably fall in love with one every time and seriously consider taking it home!! I highly recommend this store if you are looking for a best friend!! I have never had any problems with this store or it’s employees and I will always be grateful for finding my best friend here!! When it’s time for a new family member this will be one of the top places we look!!

Brittany is absolutely fantastic. She helped my mom with the purchase of her two Yorkie pups and the very next day I came back for a little Pomeranian that I fell in love with! The Yorkies have already been vet checked by our regular vet and given an A+ bill of health and I expect the same from my little Pom at her appointment next week. Very easy to work with and great at explaining any questions you may have!

Everyone is helpful any time we go there. My kids love to look around and see/play with all the pups... We decided to bring one home during our most recent visit there. ♥♥ They made sure we had everything we needed for her.

After the sudden passing of my beloved yorkie. Marco. Wife and I were devastated. My boy passed in my arms. The way I wanted. I drove to Harbor pets. Just a look at other dogs? Still grieving. My daughter got a glorious cava poo from Harbor pets. So that’s why I had to look.? They took the time and the energy at the energy to make sure I came home that Evening with my new buddy. Stayed late and made everything perfect. Highly recommend Harbor pet’s. And my grandson also recommended that also Picture below of him enjoying Papa’s new puppy.

I love harbor pets cause the workers are sooo nice and the dogs are amazingly nice not one of the digs are aggressive

We love going and spending time with the animals! I feel they are upfront and honest about any issues the puppies may have at that time.

I got two puppies here couple months back, together. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I got to hold pretty much any puppy I was looking at without any hesitation from the workers. I decided on my two, and they took them to back to get washed up and ready to go. I made a vet visit with them and everything came out fine, healthy happy puppies! I called the store to let them know, and they were just as thrilled as I was.

This place offers a nice variety of pups all seem to be in good health. I recently got my puppy from here and i tried to apply for financing which was a headache i got pre approved but every document i provided was not excepted which was a big let down so i had no other choice but to pay a different way.i feel also that the employees should assist people sooner then they do. Me and my family stood around for 20 minutes or so before someone came up to help us and they all kept standing in a circle talking instead of assisting us. Once we got assistance the employee was very friendly and helpful.

They have so many options of dogs to buy and if you have a bearded dragon then out of all the pet stores in this location they have the best selection i mean just look at this hecks yeh!

We had an amazing experience with the puppies and the staff at Harbor Pet Center. We were kindly greeted immediately. My husband and I spent two hours trying to find our new family member! The two associates that helped us were very kind and knowledgeable. We had a lot of questions and if they were uncertain of an answer, they did research for us. We were given books to look through to compare breeds and the facts of each breed. The entire time we were there, an associate was thoroughly cleaning each enclosure. Believe me, I read all of the reviews prior to going into the center and I was nervous but there was no evidence that backed any of the negative reviews. Our experience was so great in fact, we ended up leaving with two pups! Our Charlie and Teddy are amazing. They are well behaved, easy to bath and care for and they just got a great report from our vet. He even commented that they have been well taken care of since birth. Thank you to all at Harbor Pet Center! I'm sorry this was so lengthy but if felt people needed to know about our experience! Best wishes!
