Pediatric Associates of youngstown

I’m reading some bad reviews about this establishment and feel I have to share. We have been taking our daughter here for over a year now-since she was born. I’ve never had an issue. Dr. Habo and Stephanie are very professional and answer all of my questions. They always answer the phone for me

I've been taking my kids here for a little over a year. I have never had a problem. Dr. Habo is nice, but Stephanie is the best. She is so great with my kids and she makes us feel comfortable.

Great and efficient customer service and a very friendly/funny environment.

I’m surprised that there is some reviews that says they don’t answer the phone! I switched to this place Because they always answer the phone plus the doctor is good

Great place to take your children! New and friendly staff, Nice drs too.

Everyone is usually really nice. I never question Dr.Habo. He is good at what he does.

Would be nice if the phone wasnt ringing busy for hours.

It would be really nice if I could get some one to answer. It’s like they are purposely not taking calls!!! It’s very irritating, I have a sick child and they can’t answer a phone.

This place is unorganized and the lady that answers the phone.. or doesnt.. is so rude. Apparently my daughter has an allergy to gluten and the Dr. NEVER told us so we have been fighting to find out why she can't eat and that's when we noticed it's in her MyChart but was never disclosed to us. So uncomfortable pointless procedures were done on my daughter that the same Dr who already knew what was wrong had us do. I'm fed up. Rude, unorganized and careless place.

Not very happy with this place. My child has been in pain and blood work is off. They are not figuring out the issue.
The phone is not answered all the time either.
I was even initially denied a prescription in the office because they assumed I was on welfare without checking the chart/file. I had to tell them I have been in my career for over 23 years and have always had great insurance. Her reply was “Oh, well CareSource wouldn’t have covered that” . I told her well I don’t know anything about that because I work for a living.
We are in the process of finding a different provider.
If you’re thinking about going here , just don’t do it for the sake of your child’s health.

I have been transferred out of this office for almost 3 years I don’t even live in Ohio and they call me without leaving a detailed message when I asked if I had to transfer anything the lady on the phone was rude and said you have to sign a release. I still didn’t get any closure as to why I was even contacted.

If you want a doctor who doesn't listen to anything you say and makes you doubt yourself for years before you finally switch this is the place for you! I talked for over a year with my son's previous doctor about his speech and how it concerned me that he was babbling and didn't have anywhere near the vocabulary/social skills he should have had before the nurse practitioner finally noticed it and got us a speech evaluation. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, the NP is amazing but I can't say the same for the doctors.

The worst pediatric experience I have ever had. The workers were very unexperienced and rude. I asked a question regarding payment and insurance because we don’t have insurance at the moment and the required payment was ridiculously high for a check up. In return I was disrespected and yelled at by the front desk workers. I do not recommend this place, they are very unprofessional and rude.

Can’t get a hold of them for the X-ray results on my daughter. I called almost 100 times
