Razib Khound, MD

Dr. Khound is top knotch! He's thorough, listens, and explains everything in layman terms! He took care of both myself and my mother as we both got injured this past winter, we both got hurt a month apart, and we both were treated by Dr. Khound. He's remarkable! Only morning appointments, as he works with Bryant University Athletics in the afternoons.

Dr. Khaund is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He took his time with us and explained the case and answered our questions. Highly recommended.

I had just one appointment with Dr. Khound. One was more than enough. When I was explaining my symptoms and telling him that my Physical Therapist told me to go to the gym every few days for more rest periods and to scale back on my running he immediately became rude & condescending and treated me like I had an intellect of a less than stellar child. At that point I didn't see the point of going into further explanation because why go through that again. He tested me for leg strength and at the end said three times in a row that he could break me with his thumb. O.K. that's 2 more times than neccessary. For the record (yes, I know the test and leg presses are different) I was leg pressing 250 pounds before the injury without an issue. Newsflash Dr, your holier than thou attitude is really not appropriate. When I called to say I wouldn't be coming back and wouldn't recommend him, his RECEPTIONIST left a voicemail to apologize in his behalf, said "if I felt offended at the end of the exam" blah, blah, blah. No, this was one minute after you came in the room...and to have someone else apologize for you doesn't work. A simple I'm sorry can we try again would have sufficed.

So Doctor Khound misdiagnosed me as a small labrum tear turns out almost a year later that he completely missed that it was a full depth tear in my shoulder and also detached maybe there is a reason he is a non surgical doctor and is only allowed to look at the pictures and not touch the tools.
