The food was really good, did nit have to wait long either. The staff was very professional and were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. Enjoyed my time their, thank you for the great experience. I would definitely come back here to eat the next time I'm in Rhode Island thank yall again.

We were greeted right away and brought thin, crispy tortillas that weren't salty or greasy.
My Carne Asado was sizzling hot and mouthwatering delicious. The stake was cooked as I ordered and the veggies had a nice crisp to them.
My friend enjoyed his classic burrito.

Sometimes you don't want to drive to East Providence or another far location for just some chips, salsa, and queso. While it's a chain it is one of our favorites. Portions are LARGE (as they should be for a mexican place) , server was AMAZING seriously we had the worst day and she turned it around for us.
Menu changes often but it is still amazing. The Queso is so good.

I am so excited to work with Robert Robert had said to me that I was the nicest person because He loved the way that I talked to him i am excited to work as an host and server. All of the coworkers are all amazing to be with and everyone is so helpful and kind and caring for each other.

I dined after work by myself on 02/17/24 at approximately10pm. I was quickly greeted by Armen, who made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Armen is a very polite and friendly person who knows his job and menu. My Borderita drink was suggested by Armen, which was great. He brought me chips and salsa with my drink, which was nice, because I was hungry. I wanted variety, so I chose the Border Sampler, as it looked appealing. My food came quite quickly. Armen checked back a couple times to assure everything was perfect. He even signed me up for the rewards program and I got a free Cheesecake Chimmie for signing up. I enjoyed the food, atmosphere and especially the service. I will absolutely return to dine, but bringing friends next time. Armen is a great asset to your company and I hope you realize this and acknowledge him for being a great server. I will request him next time I visit and hope he is there to wait on us. I don't know why I've waited so long to check out On The Border, but I sure am happy I did.

Exceeded our expectations! The music is a tad loud but otherwise we were comfortable even with our toddler! Overall I’d recommend stopping by!

First time there our waitress was very hopeful her name Raquel it was just a very pleasant experience the food was excellent we had the taco special all you can eat tacos for 8.99 you can either get rice and refried beans with it or french fries and margaritas where excellent

I do quite enjoy place! I highly suggest getting the Birria Quesa tacos! The dipping broth will bring the flavor to a solid 10

Pleasantly surprised to have really good Mexican food at a large chain restaurant (most not in New England). A best for salsa and chips. Crispy and dry. Salsa fresh and well seasoned without being too hot. Had the Border Sampler (huge, flautas great) and chipotle honey shrimp on slaw. Both very good. Service great for early dinner time. Great red leaf tree at entry too.

We went here for dinner on our 15th anniversary! The service was great, our Waiter was amazing and very kind and attentive. The food was delicious! This restaurant gives you complimentary freshly made chips and salsa. At the end of our meal our waiter surprised us with a free dessert. It was unexpected, we were very thankful we enjoyed our experience at On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina!!

My very first time ever eating here and I enjoyed it! The food is tasty, hot and came out fast! I wish I remembered the name of the server who waited on my husband & I because she was wonderful - she had us laughing & her personality is great!

For a chain restaurant the food is always really good! The service is always fantastic and the drinks are great! I love the deals they do, which is what normally brings me in but i would definitely enjoy dinner there.

Went here for our first time for Cinco de mayo celebrating. And food was great, our service was amazing n it was packed. Will definitely go again.
