Abode Park City - Vacation Rentals & Property Management

My family of 15 recently stayed with Abode and we had the most incredible time! The house was so clean upon our arrival and stocked with all the necessities (trash bags, toilet paper, etc.) We played games in the living room every night and had the best quality time together. The Abode team was responsive, kind, and provided us with the best service. We will be back!!

This condo-Abode on Lower Main- is perfect for skiers and a mix of skiers and non-skiers. Because it is just a block from the town lift AND right in town, it suites everyone’s needs. The customer service is A+. The communication pre-check in is right on target. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a spectacular week. This was our second trip to this exact condo. We loved the entire experience so much last year, that we booked a repeat trip. We highly recommend this condo AND Abode Park City rentals.

I don’t normally write reviews but feel compelled to share our fabulous experience. We stayed in a spacious 3 bed unit that was immaculate, conveniently located to the base of deer valley, with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, hot tub and even back porch access to a large yard allowing our young kids to play in the snow daily. The ski shuttle service was a huge plus, as they stopped in front of our unit and the commute was a mere 3 minutes to ski school and the slopes. The hospitality and friendly staff at Abode exceeded our expectations. They were very helpful and patient with all of my questions around prep for a trip like this with 3 young kids. I look forward to planning our next visit to Park City and will certainly be booking with Abode!

Our family spent an amazing week at one of their properties over the Thanksgiving holiday and the experience was incredible. During our stay the team was very responsive and everything was perfect upon arrival. Following our stay is where they went above and beyond. We left behind a sentimental item that has been in the family for years. Once I contacted them they were so understanding and made a special trip to the home to find our left behind family item. We have it back safe and sound and are so appreciative to the team. They really put their guests first! I would highly recommend their services!

Absolutely outstanding accommodations and service, Abode at Park City had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and memorable. The home was appointed with nice upgrades and the wood fireplace was perfect and cozy after relaxing in the private hot tub!
The house is situated right in the midst of amazing shops,art galleries and restaurants, all we had to do was walk out of the front door to explore and enjoy the area.
When we called for reservations we were assisted by Cole who was most helpful and pleasant right from hello....we were accommodated to make sure we had everything we needed. Cole understood exactly what we were looking for and was spot on with providing the perfect home for our week stay. We highly recommend Abode at Park City, top notch service and accommodations.

We absolutely loved our property at the pinnacles for a dream ski vacation! The house was a perfect set up for a family (especially a group of adults). It was a beautiful property. The best part was the shuttle that stopped at our front door to pick us up for skiing each day- and they were just a phone call away! Wonderful house! Highly recommend!

I worked at Abode Luxury Rentals for my internship to graduate from the University of Utah. Before working here, I had a few other jobs with marketing experience. This company has the best company culture I have ever experienced in my life and the owners Rachel and Rob are creating a safe space to communicate with their employees they are working to provide the best environment possible for their employees.

They truly care about the guests and owners of each property showing me how to treat my own clients / customers in the future. I am so lucky to have found this company and am so grateful to have been able to experience Rachel and Rob's leadership as well as Lauren's supervision.

My husband and I stayed at Bear Lodge for three weeks in June. We dealt with Cole, Caroline and Rob, who went beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The accommodations were wonderful and ideally located across the street from Silver Lake Village. The condo in which we stayed was updated, spacious and lovely. The kitchen was well appointed, making meal preparations easy and fun. One evening, we phoned the staff to ask where the wine opener was. Within minutes, one was delivered to our doorstep by Caroline. Cole and Rob were extremely helpful with suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. and when we vacated, I received a call from Cole that I left my set of car keys behind, which he promptly mailed to me. We would highly recommend everyone at Abode and are planning our next visit as soon as possible.

We had a great stay with Abode! We used to have our own condo in Deer Valley and we used them to manage our property, but we didn't realize how great the user experience was until we experienced it ourselves. Matt reached out to us multiple times before our stay and met us at the condo when we arrived. A pleasure to work with.

My husband and I spent a month in the Solamere home in August to escape the heat of the desert back home. Our stay could not have been more perfect. The staff at Abode was very attentive to our every need, both before and during our stay. This dog friendly house was PERFECT for us and our friends and family who joined us at various times during our stay. We all enjoyed the many amenities the house had to offer, which contributed greatly to our overall enjoyment of our stay. The home was located in a beautiful neighborhood, and we have several amazing "forever views" every morning when we walked the dogs- no vehicle required! We will definitely use Abode for our next trip out to Park City.

Abode has made our Park City Vacation a truly unforgettable experience. The level of hospitality by Mark and Abode is truly next level. From the moment we booked until the moment we checked out Abode and Mark has gone above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied all our requests. At all times was Mark available to respond to any inquiry or questions.
We had a late-night arrival, and Mark made sure to leave the unit ready and perfect for our arrival, and even left a warm welcome surprise and gesture. The unit was clean, modern and very well kept. Due to our late arrival Mark was not available to check us in, he did stop by a few days later to greet us and make sure our stay was as great as possible.
Abode provides a level of service beyond any other property management company I have dealt with previously. I look forward to many next vacations in Park City with Abode and its team. Thank you for the warm hospitality and for making our vacation unforgettable.

We've stayed with Abode Park City several times now. Their attention to detail, quality properties, and warm hospitality are top notch. A recent stay at the Riverbend Ranch property was particularly outstanding. Rob, Rachel, Cole and the entire Abode team went out of their way to make it a wonderful trip.

We rented the property on 1108 Lowell Ave next to Park City Resort with another family after Christmas 2013 through NYE. We had 9 in our group and the accommodations were perfect.
The property is in walking distance to the ski resort. Adobe's concierge service made restaurant reservations, arranged transportation and provided recommendations for ski rentals and activities. Adobe's concierge service was amazing. We had a great ski vacation and we will be back.

The team at Abode Park City is second to none. The service was on another level compared to any other property management company I have dealt with. The concierge services were equal to that of an upper echelon resort but with the benefits of staying in a spacious and beautiful home. The property was exemplary and 100% as advertised. I will certainly be using Abode for my future travels to either Park City or Jackson Hole, WY and am hopeful that they are soon in other markets so I can make use of their services elsewhere as well.

My family and I have traveled all over the world and have stayed in many many vacation homes over the years. What we have experienced with our stay in Park City has been a truly outstanding example of how great service teams shine and can make a difference. The rental experience was fast, efficient and with use of modern technology very user friendly. When a challenge during a house rental came up (oven and microwave broken), all it took was one phone call to the Abode team even on a Sunday evening and they sprung into action and fixed it and dazzled us with finding solutions that helped us. When we come back to park City we will without any doubt go through Abode again and again !
