Starbucks

This Starbucks is my "home" one meaning it's close to home and I use it frequently. It is honestly the best one I have ever been to and I am so thankful for that. Since moving to the area in 2018 I will get Starbucks when I'm out and about, every few weeks. I know staff has changed but it hasn't affected their quality of service. I have never had a bad item, nothing has ever been messed up or made wrong. Everything has always been delicious. Once in a while there's a longer wait at the drive thru but that's usually during peak hours and expected. I typically use the app to place my order ahead of time and it's ready when I get there about 7 mins later. And again nothing is ever made wrong or missing which is not an experience I've had at most coffee places, even other Starbucks. So I have to really say I love this particular location!!

I have to say, the staff here hands down is the best! I come to get breakfast a few times a week at the drive thru on my way to work in the morning. They are so polite & friendly. I always have my dogs with me & they always offer a pup cup for them along with a nice convo & hello to the pups. Thank you to everyone that works here for being so kind, keep up the great work! 🙂 5 stars for sure!!

I went to visit today to have a coffee during a conference call for work. There was an excellent team. I asked a worker if she could put the A/C down. She said only the manager could that, which I DIDN’T believe, but she was super polite. Before I left they had turned down the A/C. The team seems to work very efficiently and have a high level of customer service experience.

Great staff, convenient location, The parking lot isn't very big, and it isn't easy trying to take a left out of the parking lot, but they always make a superb drink at this location which keeps me coming back each week! There cups and Starbucks accessories are also pretty well stocked all the time, no matter the time of year.

Incredibly friendly staff and well kept interior. It's hard to distinguish yourself when you're part of a chain, but it was a great experience.

EDIT* They have definitely changed, I literally haven't had a single problem forever now. I like the new staff and the line is so much faster.
They never close unexpectedly anymore and always have everything in stock

The staff who work there are great, I've never had a bad barista here!
My problem is the management ( or lack of it )
The line is a half hour wait at the weirdest of times. They sell out of the good sandwiches and egg bites everyday and never fix that problem. I got the wrong drink twice at the drive thru, so i started ordering through the app and just walking in to grab my order, it pretty much solved those issues.
The one big problem I have, is that they will turn off online ordering or close for days without posting it on google. It makes no sense and its pretty annoying :(
I pay that premium price for the service and quality, but it breaks my heart that they just don't want to step up to that

This place makes the best coffee. After going here everywhere else tastes like water. The only problem I have with Starbucks is that they are a woke social justice type of company that I disagree with 100% on these issues. But their coffee rules!

Definitely one of my top go to place. The Baristas here are like family to me. They make me feel like ordering is never a hassle, even when I'm having a tough time pulling out my rewards card. Plus, they get me and how I love my coffee. Thanks Starbucks Airport Road!

Great coffee drinks the service is A-1 always pay attention to your order.

The new manager, Sara, is absolutely amazing! She is truly turning this place around from how it used to be. This location will be one of the best starbucks in the whole Lehigh Valley under her management! Go Sara!!!

Good atmosphere very good natured people at this location ,that is,workers and customers..a little critique on starbucks choice of customer main menu board that displays items for sale. The Menu looks very confusing and time consuming to me. Having graced the classrooms of johnson and wales u., somehow in my opinion, Starbucks has confused the concept of eating with your eyes.

My number one place to go! .. To me customer service is the most important thing in the service industry... hands down they have mastered this... They should think to market their training to others!!!

Coffee and food was very good!

Starbucks is always clean. The beverages are delicious and fresh. The baristas are friendly and have an interest in getting to know you and your order.

I absolutely love Starbucks! No other drink will do!

The opitome of professional. Barb is an absolute sweetheart and so nice. A reason to go back repeatedly. Great service. Great product. When there is an issue they fix it. Great Starbucks.

It's a Starbucks like most any other. Good coffee, also has a drive-thru. There is some comfortable seating for hanging out while you drink your coffee.

I love everything about Starbucks. They have an excellent choice of coffee, breakfast and lunch options. The coffees i recommend is their lattes, Cappucinos, and their falvored coffees, I recommend the scones and muffins. The staff is always helpful, fast, efficent and super friendly.

I've been going to Starbucks for years and the quality is consistent. Some people hate it I love it I know what I'm going to get and I'm never disappointed.

Amazing staff!! Go out of my way every weekday to go here. Passing by at least 20 other coffee shops and it's totally worth it!
