Amy and Dexter are phenomenal- they were fast and efficient leaving me happier than expected when I switched from t-mobile (who won't help even a dying soul) and I was so happy I did the switch

I like this store for location and size. The employees that I have worked with have been knowledgeable and friendly. I schedule a time to go in and have one on one service. I look forward to my next upgrade.

My wife and I bought our phones from the store and they were shipped to our house.
Made a appointment and we met Dan who was Awesome with excellent customer service. He help activate our phones.
I highly recommend Dan he knows his products. Very pleased and will send Dan some clients. Thanks Dave

I have had my phone replaced 3 times since July. Since I live close to the Attleboro store I was going there. The first 2 times they were very helpful. The third time they were so rude. I decided to come to the Smithfield store The employee that I dealt with was awesome. I was waiting to get into the store he came from the parking lot walked up to me and asked me if he could help me. He listened to my long tale about the phone. He took the time to talk to me & was asking me specific questions about the phone, Attleboro never did. He said "I think I know what the problem is". He worked on the phone & it seems like things are fine. He put a phone number in my phone if I had problems I could make a appointment. He was sooooo pleasant I never got his name but he has a Irish tattoo on his arm. I did comment on the tattoo while he was working on my phone ( I am Irish by marriage ). When I left I said" thank you some much Irish boy".

So happy to have met Brandon from this branch. He assisted us in getting the military discount for my father-in-law. He was patient, kind and so soft spoken. He empathized with me for the awful experience I had with the online chat and Raz, CSR from Verizon. Brandon apologized and said it should not be this difficult to fix. He went above and beyond bringing an additional discount to my attention. I'm considering myself blessed by Brandon! Thank you Brandon! You're a rock star!!!!

The staff is amazing! My account was locked and I wasn't able to get into it for days. I went to other Verizon stores and had no luck. I was in this store for maybe 15 minutes max!! They were quick, understanding and definitely know how to do their jobs. I believe I worked with Mike Rogers. Thank you!!!

The were great. Had to upgrade my phone but on a budget. The rep was professional and instead of trying to push the high price phones. He showed me what I wanted and a great price . This is why we are with Verizon

My husband and I arrived a little early today but Sway was eager to greet us and promptly accommodated our phone needs. He was so knowledgeable and helped in every aspect of our transaction. Our new phones are great and Sway saved us not only time but money too.

It’s 5:00 pm… you accept the fact that your iPhone 6 has seen its last meme…This was my reality.

Lost in an ocean of frustration, I set out seeking the beacon of hope that is my local Verizon wireless hub. Upon entering my hopeful house of salvation, I was greeted by the keeper of this lighthouse, Manager Kevin.
Kevin promptly ascertained the reasoning for my journey and although I lacked the foresight to make an appointment, this man made me feel like I was a priority.
Like the scales of justice, Kevin balanced his given responsibilities and was also able to tend to my dire situation. After valiant attempts to restore life to my geriatric phone, he realized the inevitable truth…that it was gone.
After confirming the fate of my iPhone 6, I inquired about a replacement of my device, perhaps an upgraded version. that’s when I heard it… like the young man in mark16:5 in Jesus of Nazareths tomb, Kevin informed me that what I had seek was not there. Due to supply chains constricted from the Far East, inventory had plummeted to nil. The only consolation he could offer me was the new iPhone mini, an abomination of a device, symbolic of the decline of a once great country, who’s motto was “more is more”.
Like some horrible shotgun wedding, I was forced into entering a loveless relationship with a mate that was not only undesired, but repulsed. Visions of ridicule by “size queens” whispering about how my mobile device doesn’t “measure up” to the others, the look of disappointment on my fathers face when he saw what I was reduced to… these thoughts that swarmed me like africanized bees on the Great Plains.
Lost in despair, I had given up. No one could help me at this point, no one except Kevin! He looked into my soul and offered one last chance for salvation. He informed me of a fabled “package” that had been rumored to arrive in a far off location known as “The Back Room”
Like WW1 hero Alvin York in the trenches of Europe Kevin agreed to take on the mission. Risking time and limb (mostly time) he set out to discover the contents of this mysterious box. A few minutes went by that felt seemingly like an eternity. Hope was restored but was it to be once again extinguished? I did not know.
I sat waiting to see the verdict, then suddenly he emerged. It was Kevin and in hand…. A blue IPhone 13, only one of its kind! “Yes, I will take the insurance coverage” “No, I will not be needing any accessories” “$93, thank you very much” and like that the phone was mine.
I don’t know if I’ll ever see Kevin again, but I am thankful for have knowing him. His impact on my life will be felt for years to come, dare I say longer. Kevin absolutely lived up to his title. He managed to not only restore my ability to network, maintain my business and contact friends and loved ones; he restored my ability to trust in humankind. He is a man among men, endowed with a tremendous gift… the gift of service .

Extremely helpful staff. Back in my day (approximately 8 years ago) all Verizon's only had like 3 or 4 sales reps working. The days of waiting 40 minutes are over, my friends.

Rafael and Zack both went above and beyond their roles and responsibilities. We switched over from T-mobile and they ensured a smooth transition. Additionally, Rafael helped us import our numbers from T-Mobile to Verizon. These two are exemplify exceptional customer service, something we lack in today’s world among other organizations.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. You can call ahead or go online to setup an appointment, and you should always back up your stuff before you go in. It will save you time and frustration as they are NOT responsible for your personal information.

P.S.A to FiOS customers, no matter what FiOS customer service says this store does not take back the equipment for FiOS. It is a wireless store for cell phones, tablets, etc. Do not bring your routers and cable boxes here.
