Stop searching! You found it! The owners are fabulous and really helped us out in a pinch last week. They were truly so kind and helpful. We extended our stay and they were very flexible. The cabin (#9) was charming and had a cool southwest vibe with two separate bedrooms, a jack-and-jill bath, a kitchen and living room area with a wood stove that made it even more cozy and heated the cabin right up! Everything was clean and comfortable and we felt very safe! Very central location to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Easy drive to Taos and surrounding areas. Close to skiing! Saw lots of cool wildlife nearby as well. If you're not sure where to stay in Red River, you're welcome! This picky parent has done the research for you! Stay here, kick back, and relax! We will be back!

Love the family oriented atmosphere. Quiet cabins even tho they're in the middle of town. Love that this a family owned establishment. Amazing people. The memories we will always have at this place are truly priceless! Love the ski in/ski out option too.

This is by far the Best place to stay in the area hands down. The cabins are situated very close to the lifts and are very spacious. You can park your car right next to your cabin door as well. The owners Jenny and Nick were very friendly and helped us out during our stay.

We wouldn't stay anywhere else in Red River! Great family owned cabins, centrally located, with everything you need to fully experience Red River! AND... just steps away from The Copper Lift! 💙 ⛷🏂

My partner and I wanted to spend our xmas vacation in Red River. We had booked an efficiency cabin at Three Bears Lodge for three nights. Upon our arrival on xmas eve we were told that our reservation had not been documented and our cabin wasn't available.
Right as I began to scramble to find other accommodations on xmas eve, Jenny assured us that there wasn't problem. In addition to upgrading us to a much larger cabin for two nights, she refunded our payment for the previous reservation AND found us accommodations for our last night in RR.
Yes, the cabins were clean and functioned perfectly. Yes, the location was ideal and within walking distance to restaurants and other locations. But the service Jenny and Nick provided right in the face of possible disaster was fantastic. They went above and beyond when it came to making up for mistake that anyone could have made.
If you need clean accommodations in RR look no further than Three Bears Lodge. We already plan to make many return trips there in the future.

Stayed in an economy. Clean and cozy. Easy check-in. A little small but we wasn't there to stay in a room the whole time. Great location,easy in and out and very peaceful. owners were very nice.

This was an awesome little cabin. We got the 3 bedroom. It does need a little updating, but it's beautiful! It was a little awkward because the only door to the cabin leads into one of the bedrooms. And it is right in the middle of main street with all the awesome gift shops. And only a block away from the winter ski lift. And about 6 blocks from the summer ski lift. It is an absolutely beautiful place to visit!

I have not stayed there but my truck wouldn't start and the owner happened by. His truck was able to get my car started when other attempts by people with smaller cars was unsuccessful. Anybody who is willing to perform such an unselfish act of kindness is more than ok in my book and I have no doubt he runs his business in the same manner. Thanks again!

We love the the log cabin feel. We stayed 4 nights within cabin 1 & 3. We had a family of 10 on our summer vacation. For some this was our first trip to Red River. Had plenty of parking for 2 suv and an ATV. The rooms were big enough to walk around. The living room and dining kitchen was great. There is a fireplace to heat the room as well as a wall heater. There is DirecTV and wifi so you can stay connected.
My only complaint is the bathroom. The low toilet makes it hard for our older parents and the shower is very short. So for a person 5'6" and taller it's a little difficult to shower. Behind the cabins is a common area with a cooking grill, firepit and games. The owners are very friendly and great to talk to.
It's a great place to stay.

Family owned and operated. The sweetest family ever! The cabins are clean and cozy. They even have s’more’s for guests every evening which is a great way to meet new people. We left with new friends, wonderful new family memories and can’t wait to go back! It’s definitely Hallmark worthy! Thank you Church Family for taking such great care of us!

We made a trip to red river for my son's 9th birthday and stayed at three bear cabins. It was "AMAZING"!!! T he best trip this year!!!

We've stayed in Red River many times, but this was our first time at Three Bears Lodge. It was fabulous! Check-in and check-out was the easiest I've ever experienced. The owners were gracious and kind. My kids loved happy hour s'mores by the fire! Nice touch. Thank you for everything.

We stayed at Three Bears Lodge for a little getaway. This was our first time staying here and it was amazing we loved it. The location of the cabin was in walking distance of everything. The kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. We took our grill so we enjoyed sitting on the porch grilling our meals. The owners are great and they make you feel welcome! We will definitely come back and stay here.

Our first visit to Three Bears was absolutely phenomenal. Chris, Debbie, Nick, and Tom were all memorable and helpful owners and family. They own and run the facility and a greater group of people could not be found. They helped us to figure out where the best places to ski. Chris and Tom run the ski schools. Chris runs the skiing and Tom runs it for snowboarders. They humored by incessant questions about where and how to have the best time on the mountain. All of this happened while I was drinking the provided beverages and my kids were eating smores. They made us feel welcomed and helped to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Our cabin was extremely comfortable with a fire place that we used morning and evening. We used the kitchen to cook all but one of the meals for the week and it was adequately stocked. We did not need any additional items to cook or eat during our stay. I don’t know if I could more enthusiastically recommend a place. We have already booked our room again for next year. It was super easy to walk to the Copper lift to head up the mountain. If you need to go to the main chalet or the lift house it is a short walk or they have a public trolley that can be called and will pick you up like a cab for free.

Chris and Debbie are absolutely amazing. This place has got to be the best place we have stayed in red river. We will only use them from now on. What a wonderful cabin we had, and the people were so friendly and Wonderful. We highly recommend you try them out.

Friendly staff. The prices for lodging are amongst the best in Red River, and they're located across the street from a ski lift. The effiecency cabins are very small but are really all you need. The larger cabins have two bedrooms and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove & range, microwave, toaster oven, and cooking utensils. They also have a small wood burning stove, and the First box of firewood is free, additional box fulls are ten bucks. I didn't get past the first box. We stayed two nights in the effiecency and one night in one of the larger cabins.

I loved our experience at 3 Bears Lodge. I loved the location next to Copper Lift. Easy purchase of ski passes, walking distance from ski lift. Loved the cabins. Roomy, comfortable, warm. Management and Employees were wonderful and helpful. Cant shout it enough how much we enjoyed our vacation at Red River. Thank You 3 Bears Lodge!! We will see you soon ;)

We stayed one night and really enjoyed our cabin. It was well maintained, clean and cute. The cabin had its own designated parking which was nice as well. The quality far exceeded the cost (we stayed during non-peak times). My only issue were the pillows but I always have problem with those. We will be back!

I just realized I’ve never reviewed this little slice of heaven! This 5-star review is long overdue! This place is wonderful, clean and cozy. We’ve stayed here many times and it’s always the BEST! Typing this review is making me want to go back now! :)
