We just opened a new personal bundle through this team and I couldn't be more satisfied with the overall experience, rates, and coverage that Danny was able to find me. They also don't threaten or nickel-and-dime me when my rent is late - they work with me instead. Everything has gone smoothly with them. Great management. I just moved into a place, so I don't know how this company is long term, but my landlord is incredibly sweet. I requested a showing on Friday, and signed a lease on the very next Monday. Place was sprayed for bugs and I was moved in by that Saturday! Maintenance requests are filled ASAP and the rental portal online is easy to use and fast. Honestly, I love this place.

By far the worst realty company in town, would not recommend renting from them.

Company provides no guest parking passes and leaves it up to the tenants to figure out, in a location with no nearby parking.

Work orders are slow or sometimes do not get responded to at all, my apartment has a faulty/expired fire extinguisher which I am pretty sure is a fire code violation.

The customer service representatives at the main office are unhelpful and when answering my questions about why I suddenly have no guest parking when just a few months ago there was guest parking responded with "It's up to the city" and that they rented out more parking spaces than they have. What kind of professional company overbooks their parking spots?
