King Soopers

I recently bought a juicer, and I had to ask a gentleman in produce how to tell what certain fruits were ripe. The gentleman in the produce department named Nick, to my surprise, was more informed and knowledgeable than I could have known. Nick took his time to teach me how to tell which fruit needed more time to become sweet and which fruit was ready to go. All of the fruit and produce were very fresh and bought with care. I really want to reconize Nick for his customer service, knowledge, and patience helping me. As I am writing this review, I am in the produce section, and Heather approached me and asked if I needed any help. I am so takin' back by the fantastic customer service. I will certainly be coming back to King Soopers. Thank you so much, Nick and Heather..

Overall well stocked,cleaned and service is fast and efficient wish customer bathrooms was a thing other than that great experience always

I just went to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription and although it was a longer wait than I expected , I found the staff to be very courteous to their customers. The kind of service you don't see too often anymore. And kudos to the customers for displaying calm and patience which is also rare. 🫶🏽

The fact that they’ve got passcodes & an employee has to let in, to use the bathroom is really nice because the Walmarts & other stores just let homeless people frivolously occupy the bathroom

This store is always kept nice & every staff member who lets me use the bathroom is very nice !!

I asked for one item and I instantly had three employees helping me. Also, the produce was so good and the produce manager was such a sweetheart! Katie was super knowledgeable and made sure I was satisfied with the product. I also had help from one gentleman, who went out of his way to satisfy my request. He soon found another gentleman to help and soon Katie was there as well. I felt so incredibly important and they literally stopped everything they were doing to make sure I had everything I needed. I then got to the check out line and she was exceptionally fast and friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had an experience that made me feel so satisfied walking out of a grocery store. I simply wish I got the other employees names, so they could be acknowledged as well. Thank you!

I like this King Soopers on West Evans just before Federal, I just wish they didn’t close at 11:00 PM. I miss when King Soopers was open all night, there are many nights only something from the bakery or pharmacy would make the morning seem to get here faster.

The produce are great as far as freshness , some of it depending on what your looking for are fairly good price,. Yesterday I was surprised to see more Rice Milk in the shelf!!!! Asian folks seems to love Rice Milk..I made a request to one of the best employee , and Angelou was his name to bring out more Rice Milk..He did just that!! Very friendly staff and helpful in every department… Thanks 🙏 Again!!!

I am a Instacart worker and I was having issues with my Instacart card getting declined. Margaret the Manager went above & beyond to help me get the issue resolved. Great customer service and leadership! She is a very special worker 😊

This king soopers always has nice cashiers and workers. I always been able to shop here the most because they always have what I need.

Very pleasant, starting with asking for samples cause didn't have breakfast before I left home and the lady in the bakery dept offered me a mini muffin! Very nice lady! Then the meat dept asked for help in finding small packs of chicken and a employee helped very nicely where to find that! Then the self serve i was having trouble with the produce didn't have my glasses to see the numbers so a employee named Jerry gladly helped me through that with no hesitation! I wished I would have noticed the employees names in the bakery and meat dept to give them the credit they deserve! Thanks for a great experience this morning Kings Soopers!! Everyone we interacted with was so very helpful and kind. We are visiting from Madison, WI and we shop in grocery store where lots of the people employed there know us and they we've always thought were the best. Well the in your store exceeds our expectation. We will come back again real soon.

Because the people that work there are very responsive to the needs of the customer! I almost fell out while shopping but an employee noticed I didn't feel to good and she ran and got me some orange juice on her, and was willing to get me more if needed! My blood sugar was very low and I became confused clammy sweat! And other employees looked on after me to make sure I was good!

Was in your store on April 15th. It was pretty busy and many of the workers were too irritated to help out. I went to aproach a worker whose tag either said (Brandy or Brandi) but she was not nice at all. I hope to never encounter her again. Thankfully our cashier was a thoughtful and wonderful young man by the name of Elijah. He was polite, charming and efficient.
Also there was a very nice girl who helped out, her name was Jessica. Thank goodness there are still some nice people working for King Soopers.

All of the workers were helpful. If I asked for something & they didn't know, they would find someone who Did know & Even take me to the product directly. This is about the King Soopers in Commerce City. I also patronize the store on Evans & Clay Streets in Denver, because THEY ARE the ONLY Store that carries/makes the Cinnamon Crunch donuts, (that I have shopped at, & I have visited 5 different stores to look for them. The Baker @the Evans location even called the Baker @ the Commerce City store, because he agrees that I shouldn't have to drive Miles to purchase 6 Daily!!! Thank U for hearing both the good & the not so good.

Personally I love this location, has been buying my groceries for a long time on the same king Soopers. When I go to king Soopers I go because the products, prices and deals also because I earn points for fuel. I don't really go to this particular location because the employees every day mood, we all have bad days and I never have a bad experience with any of them..

A big thank you to Jeremy in bakery for taking the time to hear what l wanted when ordering a cake with photo for our Granddaughter in heaven. Beyond satisfied with his work and services!!!!
