On our honeymoon, my husband and I came here to rent our equipment prior to skiing Heavenly. The staff was very friendly and helpful! They did a great job fitting our gear and helped us have a safe and fun 2 days of skiing. Don't forget to use your Epic Pass for a discount! Both Andrew from Stuttgart with the fabulous blue hair and a wonderful man from Jefferson, GA (whose name I'm forgetting😅) were especially kind and knowledgeable. We'll be using Heavenly again when we return someday!

Alex provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. I have been to ski shops all over the country, and have never encountered someone as helpful as him. Someone in our group got injured while skiing, and Alex went above and beyond to make sure the rest of our group felt safe and comfortable getting back out on the mountain. He was both patient and informative. I can't recommend him and this ski shop enough!

Gondola ride to the top was well worth it. Fabulous views of Lake Tahoe & so many cool things to do at the top

Went in never having been to the resort before and was bringing along a friend who was skiing for the first time. Was set up with Lucas. Had tons of questions about which skiis to get, whether we should get a ski instructor, what slopes we should take. More than friendly, he was excited to answer every question and ensure we have the best time possible. He made sure that when we came back at 6pm that he was the one to set us up with our boots and found us good ones. Lucas is your man.

Great, friendly shop. Mike the manager is super helpful. They look after your shoes and you can leave your skis overnight. Rent online before you head up.
